This is the best! I start with 5-min mobility, then this one and finish with the arms to reduce bat wing. I've lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. Age 65 and trying to get back into shape after 2 years with back issues. Surgery 2/6/23 so I'm hoping this helps me pop back quickly

i love your workouts Lucy! They are simple,easy to follow and short and efficient. Perfect to do first thing in the morning right before my 6am shift at work!! Need some nutrition and snacking advice! My worst habit is grazing in the afternoons!

Thank you, Lucy. I met my goal of getting in shape for my daughter's wedding this past summer, but fell off the wagon for a while. I told myself that after I went to my high school reunion, I'd get back to exercising and eating right. I got back from the reunion--and tested positive for Covid. Then I got Covid pneumonia, which wiped me out for a month. So this is Day 2 of exercising post Covid and I was thrilled to find this workout.

I kept going for 7 days straight and noticed a few changes. I didn't go on a diet but I did cut out junk and eating after a certain time. It really works you just have to stay consistent.

So in this video this is Princess Sultana, and Princess Raisin was fast asleep 😴 on my bed 😹😹 Sultana has a slightly lighter colouring around her face and Princess Raisin is always grumpy and hissing (like a 🐍 snake) 💕💕💕💕💃🧚🏻‍♀️💋💋
