This is the best! I start with 5-min mobility, then this one and finish with the arms to reduce bat wing. I've lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. Age 65 and trying to get back into shape after 2 years with back issues. Surgery 2/6/23 so I'm hoping this helps me pop back quickly

Thank you, Lucy. I met my goal of getting in shape for my daughter's wedding this past summer, but fell off the wagon for a while. I told myself that after I went to my high school reunion, I'd get back to exercising and eating right. I got back from the reunion--and tested positive for Covid. Then I got Covid pneumonia, which wiped me out for a month. So this is Day 2 of exercising post Covid and I was thrilled to find this workout.

I kept going for 7 days straight and noticed a few changes. I didn't go on a diet but I did cut out junk and eating after a certain time. It really works you just have to stay consistent.
