Amazing!! Love these 4 series belly fat videos. I'm going to do them from today and let you know my progress. This is the heaviest and unfit I've ever been. Two weeks since i started doing this and down by two kgs. Postpartem 5 months I will keep updating my results here, really happy with the results. Start : 60.5 kg belly - 36.5 Week 1: 59.5 belly 36.3 Week 2: 58.5 belly 35.5

I remember I did your 7 day lose belly fat workout in 2017 and it helped me get my desired weight. Now I'm a mom of 2 and wanted to lose belly fat. Currently doing your 15 min walking at home workout. I enjoy doing your workouts ❤ I feel less stressed lately as well ❤

I have been doing your workouts for a month or more now. I wish i would have took a picture, but this really works. My boyfriend finally noticed and he doesn't notice much beyond whatever he is working on. Thank you so much! Who doesn't have 10 minutes a day to devote to a healthier, more confident, sexier body.? Results are quick in coming when you learn a few moves from Lucy and do them anywhere when you can when you get a few minutes.

This came at exactly right time as I have booked a holiday in a month. I just did day 2 and I can feel a bit of soreness from yesterday and it is just 10 minute workout! I tried GrowWithJo for a month and saw no results in dropping measurements and minimal weight loss. Definetly coming back to Lucy's workouts as they have worked for me previously and no doubt they will again. These workouts are clear indication that losing weight or excercising doesn't need to be hard, long or expensive.

About three weeks ago I ran across Lucy's Lose Belly Fat recorded 5 years ago. I modified it somewhat because I'm 73 and getting on the floor and the HITT one was a little much. I've done the exercises daily and what a difference ten minutes makes. So today her latest one popped up and I did it to day. I did it today and I'm off the chart excited here in Western North Carolina, USA!

Going to do this workout for 30 days. Day 1. 13th June 24 - Complete Day 2. 14th june 24 - Done :D Day 3, 15th June 24 - Done Day 4 - Break Day 5, 17th June - Done Day 6, 18th June - Complete. I feel a difference in my body . Day 1, 11th July - Complete Day 2, 12th July - Done

I just completed 7 days of two other workouts you’ve made and I’m super proud of myself I tried working out in the past but never got committed, this time I think I’m getting addicted!!! I’ll keep doing the other two and start this one too for this week! Thank you so much you’re a real blessing ❤️✨✨✨ Edit: her workouts were really enjoyable and definitely got me into it! However, I find HIIT to be the best for calorie burn and weight loss as well as time management! So if this is t working for you don’t be afraid to try new things :)

@@itskhloe29 you know, I may have lost a little, but my oldest son's birthday was the 10th, and I ate WAY TOO MUCH food for 3 days, so that hindered my progress. Working out stopped me from gaining through my 3 days of eating though! My results definitely would have been better had I not celebrated by eating so much!!

I can tell you that I have been following Lucy for over a year now, and my mind and body are in such better shape than they were. I'll be 40 this year, and I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been. I have lost 30 pounds.

Love this! I got a new schedule recently, and it cut in to my workout time. I did this routine after work, and it boosted my energy. I love how I didn't feel so tired! I felt motivated to do other things (not just sleep after a full day at the computer). Can't wait for the rest of the series!
