I lost 20 kg working with Lucy, my reason for loosing weight was to be able to conceive.. had my baby boy.. 4 months post partum.. gained 10 kg and back to training with Lucy Wyndham Read again!!

I am a grade 5 student using my sister's youtube account. I tried to reduce my weight in the past manytimes but could not do much. But these videos helped me a lot. Me and my dad tried to reduce weights, he went to gym and i followed these videos at home. I did better than him. I started in January and lost 4 pounds as of now. My dad lost only 2 KG by going to gym. Thank you so much Lucy. Last week my grandparents were so surprised seeing my weight loss ❤❤❤Sarah Mathew.

I was a gym junky for many years became bored and started study so fitness feel off gained weight blah blah blah . Discover Lucy on KZbin tried the ab 7min workout for 7days it’s low impact but also felt I had achieved something doing this exercise along with ab s and fasting have lost nearly 10 kgs over 12 weeks…love Lucy’s workouts🎉

Out of all the videos I have tried this is the one I felt most confident doing. I actually didn't get frustrated with myself. I couldn't do the exercises well, but I know with consistency I will get better 🥰🙏🏻

Hi lucy....in love with ur workouts....been three years I hv been doing ur workouts....I was on the fuller side throughout my teens n afterthat...after my 2nd baby I was chubby ...just came across ur workouts..started with 7 mins workouts...from then I hv been regular...I m slim now...26 waist.. 32-34 chest...n I m so much confident.....no insecurities in the world...I feel so happy from within...n even after losing weight mY face glows .. I think consistency is the key ...hv lost weight from shoulders...chest weight thighs even fingers....now fr buying any online clothes I search fr either s or xs size clothes..I feel super proud of myself....n all becoz of lucy wyndham...ohh one more thing ...my chums r regular now...to the extent of 28 days cycle...much thanks to u from the deepest core of my ❤....

We all execise since - I don't know, forever - with Lucy and benefit from it! All of us, everyone to their own abilities. Some twice daily, others once a week. Some slowly, others at Lucy's speed. Some high impact, others prefer the easy variation. Some together, others alone. Lucy's exercises are definitely suitable for EVERYONE🤗 Give it a go - you'll simply love the results. I cannot thank you enough for all that you are offering us..! I haven’t reached any crazy goals since 2017 when I found u but I know I can tone down in NO TIME when I do these regularly with right eating.. I’ve only been looking at my diet so far because of my reduced mobility, but this only started hurting half way through haha. I made adjustments for i.e I knew my fingers wouldn’t touch my toes so I didn’t try that, they were just parallel. Your voice was really calming as well!

Hey Lucy! Big fan here. I'm a 19 year old girl whose a big advocate for women's fitness! Just wanted to ask a VERY IMPORTANT question. So I'm "such a big fan" that I've bought all 3 of your physical books off amazon (the 7 minute body plan, the Hiit workout book and the body toning for women book). And yes, I do them and they're not just sitting there collecting dust! I feel like you're the first fitness influencer that I trust because of your background. I mean, I appreciate your 5 years of service to our country, and the fact that you ARE a qualified fitness instructor with over 25 years experience. I'm so glad I discovered you. Many fitness influencers aren't even qualified and they just post videos they claim works or advertise their program without a solid qualification background or authentic knowledge. So I wish every woman in the world bought these books! They're all you really need. And I believe you when you say you're a perfectionist! So sorry to annoy you with this long comment but what I actually wanted to ask was: you know in the majority of your exercises in all 3 of your books, you always say "It's really important keep your tummy pulled in. Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in..." Sorry, but what does that mean??!?! Is that the same thing as sucking in your stomach? Cheers! Take care. Stay safe, you know the drill! She is amazing I lost 35+ I started very slowly bc I had the silly idea I’d lose weight so fast( bc I was fat) but learned hard that - that’s not case but she really made it show that I did lose weight after a month or 2 of her exercises people were shocked/ and u feel proud of urself!
