✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)

That was a great ab add on! I love these short workouts I can add after one of your longer ones. Especially enjoyed the new moves! My core is getting so much stronger abs the other day I was able to do a handstand hold challenge at almost 40! Feeling so great!

This is such a great core workout! I love that they're all standing exercises. I really felt all of the different core muscles working. Surprised about the straight-leg, straight-arm diagonal toe touches - never would have thought of that kind of move to work the core, but there it was! Thanks and keep up the terrific work!

Hi I do yoga workout and exercises in 2024 and 2025 of February and March I just can’t 2022 and 2023 it’s hard and difficult in 2022 and 2023 I do Yoga Workout and Exercises in February and March 2024 and 2025 and in January 2026
