Hey Lucy, I just wanted to let you know that I had lost 17 kilograms in 3 months by doing your 20 minute calorie burning workout three times a day. First time in the morning before breakfast, second time in the afternoon before lunch, and third time in the evening before dinner. I was a bit overweight, but now I feel comfortable in my own skin. Your exercises do work, and they are very effective. Every single time I saw you on a tv screen, I imagined you were my personal fitness trainer. You're just simply amazing. I want you to know how grateful I am. It worked 😊

I'm looking forward to more 7 day challenges in 2024. these short bursts of exercise keep me motivated to keep moving at age 63. I've got 4 more pounds to go and I'll be at the healthy bmi for my height and age. It's been a 4 year journey. My dr put me on a "diet" in Oct 2019 when I went to him with flu symptoms. I think it was covid in the USA then. However, he didn't give me any guidelines on how to lost the weight. I found your videos during the pandemic when I was out of work for over 11 months. The weight began coming off slowly and steadily. As of today, Ive gone from 192 pounds and feeling like crap, to 176.4 and hiking rail trails. I think I'll be down to less than 172-my target weight-before my next birthday in April. Wish me luck.

Hi,I'm from India.I have never seen such easy and exercis and thought will it burn calories,but when I did these exercises,I soon realised that it looks easy but while doing it's not so easy after 5 min of exercise you will realise that it is amazing,I felt that I'm in gym.Great job,well done.

Dear Lucy, thank you for your 7 min workouts. I just turned 60, always been fit but can't do what I used to do . Your workouts are perfect for keeping me fit with minimal time. Great day, Lucy 😀 Just found your channel and immediately downloaded your instructional videos to lower cholesterol. And have done the 7 minute exercise for the first time today. Said exercise video gave me a sweat and left me with a light feeling which I was glad I did. As I was advised by the doctor to exercise which I don't like to do but forced myself to do so to lower my cholesterol and become healthy. Thanks much for coming up with a very easy to follow exercise which encouraged me to work out. 😃👏👍☝❤

Are these challenges considered High intensity interval training. My dr said I needed to do more high intensity short interval trainings per day and it would be as effective as taking my BP pill once per day.
