Thank you for another fantastic workout. I just completed this one before leaving for work. I strive for 20-30 minutes total a day of exercise with your videos; even though I don’t have that much time before leaving for work this morning it is a great start to my day.

Good morning Lucy ☀️ many thanks for another fab 5mins work out 😊. I did this after your 10min work out so I'm now ready to face the day. I have 2 relatives who in their early 50s have suffered heart problems and the other with a minor stroke. Now fully recovered so I'll be sharing this with them❤️. Thank you so much for all that you do because your work outs are not only having a positive impact on your followers but their family and friends too. 🙏
