Boy, I'm very out of shape. I did ballet at a low level for six years but now I'm a senior in college and haven't done it since covid, and that wore me out! I threw up a little in my mouth! I'm excited to make this a part of my routine and watch as ii get stronger again

Tricky! balance, co-ordination and returns of the feet to the right position - not easy for a non-dancer. But enjoyable, and now about to do a back workout, followed by deep stretch. Great videos, many thanks.

I just tried this and s a non-dancer it’s a little challenging to do the lifts and bring my feet back to the proper position. I also feel like I have to hold on to my counter from time to time. My barre class is only twice a week and you’ve e helped so much with your videos. I can (and should) do even these short ones daily and maybe I will eventually improve! Thanks again for your hard work!

Is it just me, or has the some of the music suddenly changed in this video? Not that there's anything wrong with different music. It just throws you off a bit when you're used to moving to one thing and hear something different! :)
