I love these videos. I am 68 years old and began feeling achy in my legs so I found these wonderful ballet moves and began doing this three months ago, daily. No more achy legs at night!! I feel that the core becomes more inflexible as we get older. I'd love to see a core flexibility brief workout. Keep them coming and brief to make this a daily habit! Cheeeers!

i did this after a more traditional short cardio workout when I just needed more and my legs were not going to survive one of your leg workouts! I am healing a bulging disc, so i have to find workouts easily modified. I took it easy on the leaning side to side things and did not do any spine roll ups - kept my back straight for forward stretches. Oh, I can't wait to get to do full workouts again!

This is one of my absolute favorites! Thank you! ❤️ On a separate note, who makes your leggings? I’m looking for a pair like yours, but everything I find is too sheer (like tights), too high waisted, or have too much compression.

Hey I’m into weight training but I also do these videos to make sure I dont bulk up too much and they’re great. Do you suggest I do these workouts before or after my weight training workout?

This doubled my intense respect for ballet dancers everywhere. I've been doing aerial circus for a year or so and feel pretty in shape. But this work out had me sweating only halfway through. How on earth do they do this every day and make it look beautiful? I do not understand.

Hello there!! Could I ask you something? I often do abs&legs exercises, or total body, and the next day I hurt everywhere and I can't dance properly. Which of your stretching programs would you recommend to me, so that I won't hurt the day after??

Hi Natalia, there is no magic trick nor no pain exercises unfortunately. When you discover new muscles it can take up to a week for the lactic acid to go. If you work every day for an hour or so, exercise will get easier and your muscles will get used to it :) Love Alessia
