Just open door put Anchor inside then close the door and put bands trough Anchor point loop. Not hard to do

My resistance band didn't come with weight instructions... It was a set of five with labeling from very light to very hard. How shal I know which band to use?

Choose a weight that's not too heavy or too light either, just enough resistance to really make your muscles work and u are able to do atleast 8 reps on each set, then train to failture

Very good question! Chest press ek compound workout hai jo chest ke sath triceps, front delts aur serratus ko bhi target karta hai..aur is workout mein aap jyada heavy weights lift karsakte hai yaani ki muscle gain point of view se better hai lekin chest fly ek isolation workout hai jisme eccentric mein better stretch aur concentric mein better contraction milta hai. These two workouts complement each other.

I wish someone would create a workout video using resistance bands for a individual that is: A. Confined to a bed. Has full use of upper body. B. Required to use a wheelchair. C. No special equipment utilized , just open up the package containing the bands and have at it.

yes there should be some load on shoulders too, flex your core and chest to transfer some load.

Keep shoulders retracted so you don’t feel it as much in delts, try to make elbows touch even though they cant

Heu bro one confusion here do u feel enough pressure with 30lbs of decline press and fly on ur chest?? cause when I tried I dont feel much pressure on my lower chest with same 30lbs but felt my front deltoid bit more due to compound movement.
