I feel like my nerves in my feet got me covered when it comes to coldness. I don't feel any different, even though my feet might be icy cold when I touch them with my hands. Which is why I'm breezing through security with flip-flops (and no belt because who has time for that anymore) It's THE best feeling after years of fiddling with your belt and shoes before and after security. Also I feel blessed to be able to sleep through flights, because once we're all good in the air, I put down that tray table and blackout, with my hoodie on (which i've realised is a must have carry on because it keeps your ears and basically your entire head warm AND drowns out light and noise (with some headphones) from the flight) One time I decided that I wanted to be stylish and wore a denim jacket instead of taking my hoodie. Biggest regret. I've never realised after years of using that hoodie that I'd become dependent on it for comfort, never flew w/o it again.

Yogurt and other liquidity foods vary by your security officer. At the same airport, I once was forced to throw my pudding away but when I flew through it again with some grits I was fine.. (the grits did come from an airport restaurant though but wow..)

Shoe laces are necessary when you travel! If you can find some cheap shoe laces from the dollar store cause I thought i wasn't gunna need them but i stuffed them in my bag and they take up no space! but I used it to tie my cheap crap I bought/was stuck with traveling with my grandparents and I am so against checking bags so I ended up checking one bag out of the 3 bags my grandparents were trying to check with the presents they got for my familia!! it was cool though
