Made the PVC rod holder just now, it works great. I spent $45 in material at Lowes. I added (2) 3/4" in the back for my boat camera/light poles. I don't think gluing will be an issue with expansion. I think I'll get some wheels and make it mobile. Thanks.

I had made a pvc rod holder similar to the one you made with one difference. I put wheels on it to move around easily. I used the wheels and inserts from an old bed frame. I drilled a hole in the 4 corners and hammered the plastic female piece in the hole. I then inserted the wheels and off it went. .. hope this helps. Love the channel. Also made your best nav light period. ..love that . Keep making stuff!

@@FishinNStuff I do actually. Perhaps a variation of the PVC rod mount that could also be broken down quickly to take bank fishing with a C clip or something. It would also be cool to have a storage rack that held 4-8 rods that could easily and quickly attach to either a truck hitch or roof rack.

@@FishinNStuff One question. Is the 3" piece of metal rod enough to make the noodle stand straight up? I saw one vid that the guy said he needed to put a little water in the tube as well to help it. A good fishing pole holder, if you want to mount it on the wall is just some PVC and a board. Saved me tons of room in my garage and didn't cost very much.

Video suggestion for Keith (@Fishin N Stuff): What about a PVC wall mounted rod holder system? A lot of them on the market only hold a few rods and even few let you store more then a single rod per row, a 4x4 or 4x6 wall mount configuration would be a better use of the wall space then say a 1x4 or 1x6 wall mount system. Thanks for your awesome videos!!

Keith (@Fishin N Stuff), I built a wall rod rack that Absolute MayheM maybe interested in. If you want several rows of rods, you simply that my drawing and buy wider wood. How do I submit a picture and drawing of it?

I use a eye bolt on my chum PVC pipe , works great . #3 I buy my PVC at Menard's, buy in bulk 10 pieces $1.22 and the elbows and tees at the re-store, three pieces of 1/2" pipe in Canada costs as much as the whole cost in the USA, its with the 3 hour drive. #5. We use 5 gallon pails with rod holders on the sides, they are good for ice fishing , load all your rods and tackle in one and bait minnows in another, also good for bank fishing in summer, and they double as a seat while fishing. Thanks for your multiple ideas of invention's, my brother in law makes rod holders with worm holders on one side of the bank rod holder and a beverage holder on the other and a flashlight eye hook on topside, I'll have to tell him about the led strips. Awesome winter projects, thanks 👍 👍 🇨🇦

Man you got some great ideas buddy I can't believe I didn't think of the eye bolt in the chum tube , I didn't even think about it shopping. I made it and thought dang I can't even hook this thing to the rope lol then I came up with the paracord idea after looking around
