I had panic attack 2 days ago and now I have scared all the time, I try realize I have to stop but still there is a hidden fear of another panic attack. This is very hard..

@@dixienormus7779 yeah hey, thanks for the question, it was hell of a journey... I am good now, even though sometimes still have kinda symptoms and anxiety, most importantly learned to control and live with it, so at end it kinda taught me manythings and I am grateful & stronger,

@@icantpaychildsupport6151 Yes, and that's the worst thing, worse than actual panic attack, attack goes away in few saconds but than that hangover is kinda hell, you are simply scared and miserable without any logical reason and you want to do absolutely nothing.

I was doing so well for a couple months and I have definitely relapsed. And I have been so hard on myself about relapsing. Victimization and really negative internal self-talk are keeping me in the vicious loop. This video as inspired me to put the practices that I learned back into motion and keep climbing the mountain that is anxiety.

I have panic disorder, i was stuck in bed for 21 days because even just turning over made me panic, I was in the ER 4 times during this time. I started feeling better about 4 days ago. Then today I had to put my children in the bathtub while a tornado went over our town. And I had the biggest panic attack I have ever had. Usually I can tell myself that what I panic about is irrational, but this time there was real danger. I don't know, I just feel like I can't function now. It was hours ago and I'm still shaken up. Thus why I'm here.

I had a panick attack a week ago and I'm feeling jittery and panicky a bit sometimes. Idk if i have GAD or if I'm just still going through the aftermath phase but hopefully i don't have GAD.

Great video. Thanks. Being gentle with yourself, getting things done that are productive (cleaning etc), rest, good food and exercise are all important and good ways to get through the hangxiety

I had a panic attack one morning because i had a hangover, i would binge drink and smoke all night. The shortness of breath from the panic attack had me convinced that i had smoked too much, and that something must be wrong with my lungs.... this went on for monthsssssss... I still deal with it, along with derealization/depersonalization... i feel like life is fake and everything doesn’t matter, i breath manually everyday... and i fear that this will never get better, but I’m fighting and i wont let this shit win over me, I’m still not sure if this is something physical, even though i did go go to the doctor, they said i was ok, but you never know.. God, pray for me. I’m having an existential crisis, all because of panic attacks i had from a hangover, damn it..

Me too. Especially if I drink more than 1 cup. Even tea makes me feel this way.. Usually comes on about 8hrs after I drink the coffee/tea.

It's the alcohol that creates anxiety. Dtop the alcohol and the anxiety is not there. It drains you mentally and it fucks you up. I cant vouchers for anyone but myself but if I dont drink I dont get Anxiety

my friend sir. i hope you answer my question. i am diagnose with panic attack or GAD 5yrs ago, but even now i dont believe it. i think i have an hidden illness, a heart problem or even a brain tumor. and when i drink alcohol a night after i feel in the morning numbness and a feeling that my troat or lungs tightens. i hope you answer sir.

This video is not for a hangover from alcohol it’s for when you had a panic attack or anxiety attack and after that event, you feel vulnerable and overly sensitive. So? He’s trying to help you get back to that “normal” feeling. :)

How long does the panic attack hangover last. It was my first panic attack and lasted for an hour or two (maybe less I wasn’t thinking properly). I know you can’t give an exact time but roughly, thanks I’m currently on the 2nd day of experiencing it but definitely feel like it’s gone down. I’m not randomly shaking anymore and reality is barely slipping however I still feel on autopilot. I haven’t been diagnosed with anxiety but it could be an issue for me in the future. I am 16 years old, almost 17 and am under lots of stress at the moment. I also had a bad weed experience a month ago that definitely hasn’t helped.

Hey I just had one for the first time for about 2 hrs as well and weed had a part in it. It's my 2nd day after and I feel so tired and just drained, how long did it take for yours to go away? ( the aftermath I mean)

Stay WELL AWAY from weed. Now you’ve had a panic attack and are susceptible to them, you might have one whilst stoned and believe me, a stoned panic attack is utter hell. 5 minutes feels like 2 hours. Not worth it.

I had my first anxiety or panick attack since 2013 and it’s honestly the worst feeling in the world I wasn’t feeling to good I panicked and googled my symptoms and I had one of the symptoms and I overreacted and I had a panick attack nearly 2 days later and I feel horrible still I know I’m healthy yet I’m still experiencing the hangover it’s honestly the worse feeling I just want it to go away I actually want to cry I haven’t ate that much in the past 2 days either I’m still eating fine just not like before I had the panick attack I’m feeling a little bit better today but still I know this feeling is not going away for a few days :(

The anxiety guy, do you know why anxiety hangovers happen the more you get older because of the imbalance of the chemicals in the brain I'm not sure if stress causes an imbalance or food the type of diet because it's hooked up with the vagus nerve but maybe something to look into because a lot of times a lot of people that are they are not drinkers or or you know now non-alcoholic that it will trigger a hangover anxiety even though you didn't drink any alcoholic beverages you could still wake up with a hangover anxiety a send rooms of voices telling you that you are not good enough that you're not managing your life everyday and those voices keep replaying about you're not managing your life but these are this could happen from not even drinking alcohol and I'm not sure what the correct name is but maybe you can look it up and try to find it out because it must fall under the anxiety tree of the symptoms hit me up later and
