Many thanks indeed Dr Candy, an excellent video and I’m sure the exercises apply to me for 2, 3 or maybe even 4 reasons. You said that if you have neck problems you may well have shoulder problems as a result. Roughly 5 years ago I was at the top of the stairs, I went into an epileptic seizure (I never get warnings with them at all and always go unconscious), and fell from the top to the bottom with my head banging into the wall. My husband heard me and realised what had happened, the bang slowly brought me back to a conscious state, and I had terrible pain at the top of the right side of my head, as a result I have always had a painful protruding lump. I think that fall is clearly the result of my upper spine, so will try the best exercises you’ve shown. One other problem is that, if I lean lowly over the left or right arm of my armchair I experience an awful pain at the middle of either the right or the left side of 1 spot on whichever side I’ve leaned over. I have to very gently back so far and wait until the pain subsides. Have you any idea if any of your exercises can help with that? I’d be extremely grateful if I can relieve those pains, truly. Very much appreciation to you in advance. 🙏

That's quite a fall so ruling out head and neck issues is the biggest concern. After that, I'd think the first one may be the most useful.

Very many thanks for your advice Dr Candy, much appreciated. It's certainly the one I'll be focusing on, anything to relieve the pain. 😊
