Next time take a pain killer so that you get good sleep and then do this the next day. So you have a good sleep and a prevention for backpain later. Don't need to comprise on sleep

@@sanamoolla1855 sweetheart you can only move when you have less back pain for that you need to take medicine so that helps at first and then from next time onwards you need to do exercise to prevent further back pain. When in severe pain you can't even move to do this execise so first make your body able to move.

I've been doing these stretches for a few days now and I love the energy and improved blood flow I've experienced since I started doing them. The only thing that I wish is that he put a timer on screen and performed them on video for me to follow along with. Also, during the table stretch he says to keep your core tight at the end of the stretch, so I think I could have done it better knowing that from the beginning. That said, I love this video and I'm happy to add it to my morning routine. Thank you, Coach Leon!

These are great stretches but you go to fast. Don’t give enough time for each side. I recommend going slowly in accordance with the amount of time that you want us to hold the stretch so that we don’t have to keep replaying the video to see what’s next or what we missed

ya if you can make a "timer" version of the video that woudl be dope! but i loved the arrows and the explanation of where the stretch should feel like and what you SHOULD not be doing so that was cool as well! Many other stretch videos don't show that

I've been having trouble with muscle tightness in my upper back for ages. Pharmacist recommended doing some stretches to try to loosen up the muscles but I've always had trouble finding stretches specific to upper back problems, I mostly find stuff for lower back problems. I'm so glad I've found this video as it's really helped a lot.

in most cases, physio therapist are waste of time and money and most importAntly the delayed cure of the biomechanics of body. i suggest, u better start doing yoga, it would be very useful if u join under a good yoga teacher

These are great, thank you. Adding in the 20 - 30 second timer for each move per side would have increased the quality of the video. That way we can try it for the correct duration, while hearing your instructions.

I work as a truck driver, and I was feeling alot of pain on my upper back. The side latch stretch took some of that pain away. Now, I feel my back is upright, and I no longer feel reluctant to do computer work because of my back pain. Thanks!

I’ve dealt with back pain for 6 years after having bad soft tissue damage to my upper back from a horse riding fall. Adding on to this that I am a violin player, my upper back pain hinders me from so much in life. I am in constant pain, often losing sleep etc, all while I’m only 25. These stretches were the first time since my fall that I have managed to take the pain away without strong pain killers. Thank you so much!

Thanks that’s brought me some relief, 3 times now doctors have not done anything for me except offer pain meds which aren’t working. Been 4 months of random outbursts of back pain when I wake up and it lasts all day

I been having this really uncomfortable pain in my upper back right between my shoulder blades on the right... It’s doesn’t hurt that much it feels more like a irritation or something I think it’s from my mattress but I’m going to do this in the morning too... Thanks

Senor Flaco sounds same as me I had it scanned they said it was facet joint ware gentle stretches and posture is the key

OH MY GOSH this helped me soooo much...i am 79 years old, lifted heavy object ...left upper muscle strain. SO MUCH RELEIF FROM THIS VIDEO thankyou!!!
