I’ve followed John for years. Done many of his workouts, used many of his tips. Two years ago i blew out my shoulder and took a lot of time away from the gym. Lost motivation. Finally got back in, caught covid. Got back in, got in a car accident that injured that same shoulder again last December. I’m still recovering from that, but watching John has kept me motivated to keep going. I built a new program using different workouts hes posted, and taken some of his diet advice like adding eggs and making sure they’re cooked sunny side up to keep the nutrients at their best. John, you’ve taught me a lot, motivated me, and helped me look at life through a more positive lens in dark times. Thank you, you will NEVER be forgotten

John's kids are very lucky to have a father like him. Ive always had an absent father who ended up leaving us, I always felt inadequate as to being a man and many aspects of life because of that. I'm slowly starting to take control of my life from depression and everything around me, believe it or not once I started training my mindset became more goal oriented. John and his videos are pretty big part of that process. I believe in almost everything this man teaches such as values, training, life lessons etc. Long story short thank you John you're definetly winning at life in my opinion.

That’s an outstanding 7 John. I agree with them all, especially ‘Believe in Yourself’. If you don’t believe in [or love or trust or...] yourself, no one else will. It has to be genuine. You can’t fake it. Something else that has come up in a few books that I have read recently regarding this topic is ‘Being Present in the Moment’. No matter what it is-eating breakfast, going on a walk, talking with a friend, working, etc-make an effort to be in the moment, to focus, to pay attention, to devote yourself to what is going on in your life at that very moment. Open all of your senses up and you’ll soon realize that we miss out on wonderful details all around us everyday because we aren’t truly present. Savor each moment in life because once the moment passes it is gone forever.

John great wisdom.one thing i always have done is don't tell anyone my plans, not going around telling every one i gonna fight in the ring or i gonna cut and than not walking the walk.i always get this idea i gonna do this or that and than i do it.to many people plan and tell everyone and than not following trough, now thy have to look at thy're selves in the mirror everyday and others reminding him of his failure.at some point one has to stop with only watching Rocky movies and begin to write thy're own, living life like camera's are following 24/7. Another wisdom to win in life is this : Don't just tell everyone your problems or infermities it's sad but it's tru,you have 3 kinds of people 1 the minority how would love to see your downfall, you tell them your problem and make thy're day so thy're faith works against you. 2 the majority that have compassion for your situation but don't posses any power to help your, worse than that thy go and tell your problem to others and thy themselves beeing helples thy're faith works against you.now everywhere you come people comming up to you and telling how bad thy feel for you, that is faith in the begative multiplied 3 the maybe one person who stands with in faith not talking dispair, death, destruction this person who would die for you and if one has not such a person than better walk alone and be that person for someone else.all the best to you and your family John👐
