As his father I think I was more thrilled than Tiger to see him play you in Paris. He really enjoyed playing the game with you and this game will be very much remembered by him as he works every day to be a better player.

Congratulations. We all wish for our children to be special. We never know how when why etc they will be geniuses or athletes or prodigious of any kind. I still find it fascinating just to observe but to have it happen must feel like the best blessing in your life. How’d you know he was a prodigy? I’m sure that’s an interesting story

Right I gotta be honest, I’ve always thought that Dina was a bit too much aggressive with some players she faced, but yes I know that was like her signature, her distinctive mark, but watching her being so gentle and sweet with that child seriously melts my heart. Such a sweet person

@@v4v819 I trained Tiger for 30 minutes when he was 3 weeks old. It might not seem like much, but relatively speaking, 30 minutes is like a year to a 3 week old. Don't bother to do the math. It's correct.

Actually it's a WGM, a very different thing from a GM. The WGM title you get at 2300 FIDE rating for women, the same rating where you can get a regular FM title. The IM title is at 2400 and the real GM title at 2500.

Dina is too kind for coaching the kid about mirror moves. But I guess kindness is the hope for future kindness. The kid was great, he just needed to learn more mistakes in chess, but he really has time because he is 7 years old.

Min 2:00: I don't know what those castle positions are called (maybe my favorite to), but I like to move up the rook pawn (hopefully before I castle), and move the knight to the side of the board, then to where the pawn was. An extra move, but you can drive up the pawn to damage your opponent, and only have to move the knight to activate the rook on a very damaging line to the others castle.

Dina, I'm keeping chess outside the warzone of time war by not depending any of my action on chess. Don't feel too personal that my words do matter on your appearance and hygiene and mental recovery (and of course many other non-chess matters) more than your performance on table. Performance art is my favorite human treasure. You're lucky I remember forever your face at a time of good trend.
