As woman with PCOS who has always struggled with doing excercises , I find your videos really helpful. I can actually do some workouts without being too tired :) and feel good at the end , It's really a BIG WIN for me . I will really appreciate it if you keep uploading more workout videos like this for women with PCOS :))

As a overweight person (92 kgs, 28 yo female) I gave up around the 8 minute mark. My knees and wrists couldn't bare the weight and I had a sharp shooting pain in my left ankle. Going back to your flexibility video and doing that one for now instead. I have started taking swimming lessons early morning and for my evening workout I find your videos to be perfect. Slowly building my strength with the goal of being able to do this yoga routine successfully. Thanks for all this content! 💗

​@@nikitachand8051 almost 6-7 months to lose around 8kgs if you do atleast 20 min exercises daily along with no sugar(of any kind) and intermittent fasting. But please don't starve yourself. I have done it myself also i was 70kg and now 57kg in 1 year.

This was one of the first pilates I've done since being diagnosed with PCOS. I messed up by doing high intensity workouts before, and even though i have, i struggled with some of the leg pulses! I stayed with you til the end, but when i heard "did your best during these last 30 minutes", i admit i teared up. I know i can lose weight especially with your videos.

i started doing this workout after being diagnosed with PCOS. well i do follow two workout videos, one is purely just pilates (15 min) and this one. i must say, out of all workout videos i have watched, this is the most calming one. i struggle with trying a new workout while looking at my phone, but with this vid i can do my workout without having to look at my phone because she says what to do while working out. unlike other vids, this is the most calming and helpful one. and i appreciate you for making your workouts pcos friendly and easier for us to follow. you gained a new subscriber!

I have worked a lot of hard manual labor jobs and I'm always so tight and my joints are so painful. I felt some real relief after this video but could also tell I got a nice workout in too! So excited to have found this

Thank you for this beautiful 30 minutes, I have been ovulating and my femininity wanted to be loved but at the same time challenged, and this was the perfect combination. I have done many of your other weight loss yoga and pilates series, and I combine them with jogging and walking, and I see my leaning down, in a beautiful, organic way, and I am loving my form. But your workouts do not make me anxious rather I look forward to them. They are incredibly comfortable yet effective and I feel so nice every time after doing them. Hi! Since I gained weight due to PCOS, I’ll be doing this workout 3 times a week, along with strength training 3 times a week too. I’ll update my weight and measurements at the end of every 5th week. -Here are my starting stats: Height: 155 cm (5'1") Weight: 63 kg (139 lbs) Belly: 85 cm (33.5") Bottom: 106 cm (41.7") Thigh: 63 cm (24.8") -Routine Progress: First Week: ✅ ✅ ✅ Second Week: ✅ ✅ ✅ Third Week: ✅ ✅ (Overwhelmed and stressed on the last day, so I skipped 🥹🥹) Fourth Week: ✅ ✅ ✅

Omg yes. I’ve done p90x yoga and I couldn’t enjoy it. This was so relaxing and enough burn but without the unnecessary struggle. I’m replacing Yoga X with this!!

This is my most favourite workout routine. As someone with PCOS, it doesn’t tire me to the level that I want to quit. It works out the entire body, and I can feel the benefit. And most importantly, I finish every workout with a smile 😊Thank you very much for the video 😊❤

One of the best pilates/yoga on KZbin (for me). As a busy person, I like to go straight to the point. Many workout videos have long narratives before and in between moves . This was exactly what I needed today. I'm on my regular detox, so there's not too much cardio, exceptionally. I love the tone of your voice - very soothing. All the moves did so good for my body and soul ❤. I usually take a longer time to stretch, so I was pausing the video towards the end. But I understand you wouldn't take 2 minutes or so while demonstrating Thank you, and I'm looking forward to tuning in tomorrow again.

Thank you so much. Is there a variation for the exercise when one knee is bent on the ground and the other one bent on a 90 degree angle? My knee that is touching the ground hurts when doing this.
