Great video, I love how thorough you are with all of it! I'm in the process of engine swapping my Vauxhall Corsa with a stock B204 running a G25-660. I was expecting the pistons to fail before 700bhp due to how they're manufactured. I have yet to put any of the B204 stuff on my channel just yet, I only have the stock Z16 engine strip down and the underside being undersealed.

Why you don't use B235R cylinder head? I'm from Quebec and we actually built 9k Aero with G30 660......
