Our Journey! How did we get here?
In the winter of 2019 we moved in to our self built van full time to begin living, working and travelling Canada. We quickly fell in love with chasing our dreams of adventuring off the beaten path, living off grid and being self sustaining. We drove our van thousands of miles through various countries-Canada, USA, Mexico & Guatemala. All of which we documented here on our channel, be sure to check that out! After many years on the open road we found ourselves 15 acres of remote woods on the East Coast of Canada where we are building a homestead and renovating our fully off the grid cabin. We are diving into this chapter of our lives in no experience, we're so happy we can bring you all along as we learn to do it all with our own two hands. Hi! I just wanted to thank Colin for capturing the rawness of the calm van life can bring! I've had a van for the last 4 year and with Covid I find it hard to have these beautiful moments of calmness. I do not drive my van in Canada's winter and so these few months of feeling away from my home have been pretty hard. I've also been thinking of maybe selling it because van life during the pandemic is just not the same... This week's video brought me to tears all the way true because of how beautiful the views are and simple and grounding van life can be. One of the few redeeming qualities of Arizona is Sedona! The Vortexes (lots of them), the red rock formations and Oak Creek with the rock slide!!! 😊 Any of the vortexes will work wonders if you are cleansing your crystals or just soaking up the energy of the area!!! Such a magical area! Izzy lives!!! What a scary mishap!!!

Okay, I was really loving this action packed vid. Colin fits right in and the cinematography was epic. But then you ended it scary with Izzy getting rushed to emergency vet and now I'm crying. My 2 year old Aussie had a seizure a month ago and it was one of the scariest things I have been through. I guess that brought back panicked memories for me. Glad to hear that she is okay. I am always impressed with your ability to work on things or willingness to understand what to do. I see a lot of people who move into a van for the aesthetic and don't know what to do.
