To answer your question: I tend to have real hard times with anxiety although it's always very up-and-down. I could have a great month barely thinking about it and then just have this flood of anxiety fall on me in a day, lasting a few days or weeks. I just really try to stay busy because I know that my thoughts start to spiral when I'm not doing much. Super happy therefore that university's started the past month and I've been able to direct most of my thoughts to my studying and 'studievereniging' (hoe zeg je dat in het Engels...?😳). Hopefully there's more good things to come! For wellness month, I would love to see a video about if and how such a 'successful' person like you experiences anxiety or stress. Good luck with the job in LA!

Merijn Mulder hi! Don’t mean to pry, but I just read your comment and it made me think of a friend of mine who also used to have bursts of anxiety like that from time to time. He was diagnosed bipolar and now is doing much much better thanks to some medication. I just felt like I had to tell you this, you never know what can be behind anxiety 😔 anyways, hope your anxiety does not return soon!! 😉 good luck with your university year 😃

The rooftop at the Galeries Lafayette is amazing. It is just behind the Opéra Garnier, you can see the Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame, many other monuments, and if you go around to the back, there's a great view of Sacré Coeur. Many good photo opportunities and it's free. Plus, you get to see the inside of the department store, which is amazing. If you know that Sunday's are hard to find a restaurant open, you can also make a stop at Bouillon Chartier, which is a short walk from there, very traditional French food and a delightful space.

Hi Sanne! With the Google Translate app on your phone you can take a picture of the menu and you can translate it to your language :) It’s not perfect, but very useful! Altought that avocado tost looked yummy!

Hi Sanne! What a wonderful video on Paris! 😍 it is so funny because it is so cold now in France, I am glad you were able to have a few sunny days 😁 Btw, what did you think about the Dior foundation? I was actually thinking on buying it last time I was in Sephora 😝 To answer your question, I do have anxiety and stress as I think so many people have nowadays. There is just too much pressure around. You have to eat healthy, exercise, be a good wife/girlfriend/friend, and all of this while having a full time job and million other things to do. As a freelancer I sometimes just crack up under the pressure 😝 but I find that warm baths, a good film or just some meditation helps a lot 😃

I have a difficult time with stress and I tend to add so many things to my plate that it becomes overwhelming and I don’t want to do any thing. I also have a hard time with expecting way to much from myself and putting myself down when I don’t meet the standards I have set for myself. But I do try to calm down by watching your videos or a funny movie and I make sure that I am grounded and look for the good and find gratitude, that way I can start to calm down and realize how lucky I am. I hope you get some time to relax now that fashion week is over! And where will you be traveling to? Maybe Arizona???? I would love to meet you for lunch and antique shopping! Oh my god the appartement you stayed in was in my street ! I'm so sad I didn't meet you there 😔 And by the way, I love that you pronounce Paris the french way, you have the exact french pronunciation ! And as you asked, I know an amazing rooftop which is on the roof of a commercial center called "galeries lafayette" more especially the one called "Paris haussman" (there are many in Paris) and there's a vegetarian restaurant that just open there, never tested yet but it is an amazing spot with a view on lots of well-known monuments ! You should try it next time you come in Paris I hope you enjoyed your stay 🗼🗼🇫🇷 🇫🇷
