Really fabulous power yoga session, thanks Natalie. I woke up feeling tired today so chose this instead of one of your Pilates classes, and it was a great choice. Energising, strengthening but still relaxing. You are such a great teacher.

hey thank you for the practice! I learned some now drills/ tricks not sure how to call them. The dolphin crunches were new to me, and the idea of doing a progression and then coming back the same way we started. All in all it was beautiful.

Holy cow! This routine was very challenging but rewarding! It showed me where I can improve, and I hope to try this again after I have lost more weight and gained more strength! I made it through it but had to take more breaks than usual with my other yoga practices! Thank you for your great and challenging content!

That was amazing Nathalie. Oh what a wonderful class. I thought I wouldn’t be capable of doing it because I do more Pilates than yoga but the flow was perfect and my body focused. It did work really hard. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent, exactly what i needed this Sunday evening. Loved the insert of certain Pilates flows which made it more dynamic. I usual use two Yoga Blocks but it was not the case this time. Thank you Nathalie for your professionality 👏👏👏😊🙌👌

Wow wow dear Nathalie, since you post it, this is my current favorite practice everyday, it’s simply perfect! Excellent work, perhaps the next challenge it’s a 90 min flow.. (crossing fingers) a girl can dream! 🤣👏❤️
