Thanks Nikhil! Appreciate the feedback man. I make all my programs 7 days for a couple reasons: A) Allows me to make them more affordable than longer programs. B) By providing a full weeks worth of training exercises, the program can be repeated (with added reps/sets) and you can essentially make the program as long as you want. Thanks again!

We can't guarantee. Some player are very fast because of their nature, but this does not mean you can't improve. Remember in football timing and positioning are important, it means you could be less fast than your opponent but if you are good moving timing you can bribble him

Hi mate! Personally I do this Monday and Wednesday if I have a match on Friday or Tuesday and Thursday if my match it on Saturday. During season I do this twice per week, but in the off season I’ll do it 3 times per week 👍

I Mike how are you? I'm doing Rapido and I'm really happy about it! I wanted to add Magnetico as well, so I started to do the day 1 after my Rapido sessions, but it's so damn hard lol What do you recommend if I just have 2 days for training?? Just keep going till my fitness will improve? I'm starting to training again after few years of just weights training due to an ankle surgery and lack of time and motivation... Thanks Michael boys doing your 100 touches part 2 and 15 passing drill not off the wall as you do in the video but to one another. The 10 year olds first touch and quick passing is greatly improved the team he plays in do lots if quick passes and play from the back...by the way they beat the MANCHESTER city team 6-3.

Why is it only 20 seconds rest between the sets? Is this enough for the muscles to recover? And are we supposed to rest 20 seconds only between the sets of the same exercise or also between different exercises?

Absolutely! You could modify the shuttles to just have 2 gates maybe 5 steps apart, and just accelerate to back-pedal 3-4 times. Definitely adaptable for smaller spaces. I know that weather all too well!

Great vid Michael! Had a query. Can u plz make a video on nutrition for young players. Several videos on the KZbin involve taking supplements. But we as young players cannot take such supplements. So plz make a vid on it. (btw I'm 14 years old)

@@7mlc My parents think that such supplements are harmful for our body. Even my 17 yr old brother is not allowed to do so. So I can't take supplements.
