Tony Hawk is incredible because he probably knows how cringe all the stuff he does is but he funnels an obscene amount of money and time right back into skateboarding through his “build more skateparks” project. Nothing but respect for the man who threw away his dignity to support skating.

Jagger is basically a walking advertisement. Super sad to see what skateboarding has become with some of the companies using mega-money to muscle their way into the game, and top skaters are actually selling out to them. Lol... Phelps would be so upset if he saw this sh*t and even where it is headed from here will be worse. Jagger is so lame. Nyjah is a great skater, but so jocky that it makes me cringe. Mike V shilling Cariuma during SLS was absolutely disgusting, David Loy is a disgrace, Kevin Bradley And Nakel film single tricks and are butthurt about another man who STAYS getting street footy and wins SOTY, I could legit go on and on... There is so many problems with some of these guys today that its a shame. They remind me of this scene in Wayne's World: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/bp3KfYx9d8d3hNU That, and being bitter about another skaters accomplishments are what skating has become.😂

@BroadcastsFromPoorFarm2 жыл бұрын
@@tylerp3327 as far as the process goes, it’s no different than Jenkem selling limited edition hats that say “7.75” set in the stitch machines equivalent to Times New Roman. However the references that Jenkem taps into are more generational and hefty, there’s a lot there. Which balances it all out and they come across as pretty sick hats. I don’t think it’s Moss’s design process itself that is coming across as lazy, there is no such thing. It’s the shallow idea of putting Yew! on a hat that is coming across that way. Which is why Baker says it seems to be ironic, and it probably is.
