I know that this will get lost in the comments but there is an iconic tech pistol called Comrade's Hammer. This pistols iconic effect is that it hit's really hard but it only has one shot and takes a long time to reload. However with the pistol skills Grande Finale and Gunslinger you can shot this gun consistently. Since you have one bullet in the pistol you always get double dmg with Grande Finale. Since it is also a tech weapon you can also use tech skills to make this gun even stronger. I feel like I'm cheating using this gun and i want to the whole community to know of this. Note- This is a craft able weapon so can make an infinite amount of these so they can scale with you through out the game. It is located at the Red Dirt Bar in Santo Domingo (look for blue skull on the map).

If you play as a nomad and advise jackie to change the exhaust, he will. Than when you get his bike from mama Welles it will have a golden quad exhaust and it'll be called Jackie's tuned arch in the vehicle menu. From what I can tell it doesn't feel any faster but it looks cooler.

It handles a lot better and is a little bit faster Specifically it has the same handling and speed as the arch nazare you can buy regularly, but only if you have him upgrade it, otherwise it is a nerfed version

You can get Sampson’s and Claire’s car. After the 3rd race you can say you’re only in it for the race, not killing Sampson. Then you have to remind her of her promise in the text you send her before the final race. You show up and follow Sampson after he pulls off the track and use EVERY dialogue option to prevent her from killing him. Then a week later Sampson will gift you his car and say he’s done racing for good. You’ll, obviously, get the mackinaw after you ride back home with Claire. Pulled it off in my second play through.

Depending on the choice you make at the end of The Heist is what determines if you get a certain iconic weapon or not also during the Pickup quest when you talk to Jackie if you play as a nomad and talk about his bike and tell him to make adjustments when you do get his bike the name of the bike changes as well in this Video it just says Jackie's Arch but in my game since I had told him about the adjustments it says Jackie's "Tuned" Arch

To get the other car in Claire's missions, you need to pay attention to the post races' dialogue options and try to talk her out of her vengeance, then if you do so when you leave the race you'll have an option to let the guy explain what really happened and since he gets spared he gives you his car as well on top of Claire's one.

You can get the caliburn from a container in a tunnel, close to where you fought nash (After the first panam mission, during any part of the mission, the container isn't there. Actually, I don't know when it spawns, but it's after the Panam mission.)

For the racing missions with Clair it is in fact possible with the right dialogue options to get both clair’s “the beast” and the type 66 “cithulu” . You aren’t locked into one or the other.

So the car that you get at the desert studio, at least for me, I was able to get it before even starting ANY of the main quests after reviving. I haven't even gone to see Takemura in Tom's Diner. I showed up at the place and the car was there. One thing I will note is had to go to a previous save as I drove outside of the car's range the first time and the car despawned on me.

I found the Caliburn for free out in the tunnel on the very long road where you have a safe house in the desert, near the top right of the map, after driving back from completing the Panam missions and first obtain the safe house. Not sure if you can get it earlier in the game or if it had to do with what missions I had done. Amazing fast car and thought it was sweet it was free

You can get a free Cayote (nomad type car) during Panam's mission "With a little help from my friends". It's a red version of the one you can buy. Basically, all you need to do is refuse to help her and then tell Saul about her plans. Panam will be mad but you get a free car. Imho, not worth it but it's cool that you can get it by doing that nonetheless.

The other car you can get from the racing side missions is Samson's car from the final race. For me, it's parked on the front-left, right in front of the starting line in the final race. Samson is standing next to it when he and Claire argue before the race. To get it, you need to convince Claire not to kill Samson after the Santo Domingo race and then chase Samson in the final race and convince her not to kill him in the following confrontation. After a couple weeks, he texts you and his car appears in your roster.

On the race mission you can actually get both cars if you play your cards right, when the girl asks you to talk after the third one tell her you won't kill the boi and instead finish the race but then you can follow him during the actual race and ask Claire to forgive him, if you have been supportive to her during all the previous races and talking sections she will forgive him is you ask her to and give you the car. Sampson will give you his car too after about a week ingame, I skipped in the menus and nothing happened so maybe you have to wait naturally and he will give you his car for savinghis life, probably one the best cars in the game in terms of handling/speed.

You can get 2 cars with the Claire quest mission, if you make Claire agree to not kill the guy, she won’t kill him; and later say that it’s the right choice, and the guy gives his Quadra Chtutlu (wrote it wrong I know) or how the hell you write it, the cool spoiler car because you save him.

Outside of the obvious issues.. my biggest dislike is how many iconic guns and such, are totally missable, and even if you do have them, not knowing that you need the base variant to create the better rarity.. i was halfway into the game before realising that the “chaos” pistol (for example)from the first mission was needed in order to have the blueprint accessed.. but I’d destroyed the gun after it lost its “ooomph”, ages ago. It’s just a bit of a mess.

You can get one more car in Claire side mission, if you convince her to not kill the guy from the time she tells V about him, during the final race if you let him live he will give you his car which costs 75000$

If you kill the first wave of militech while Jackie is at the elevator and Del is yelling to get into the limo. You can walk around the entire parking garage and look at all the cars. But as soon as you click get in the car the next wave teleports in.

You can get both clares car the beast and her enemies if you tell her not to kill him and fallow him in the last race and once again tell her not to kill him after she’ll give you her car and the skip a week in game and you’ll get a text for the guy thanking you for saving his life and you’ll have access to his repaired car

@JorRaptor there is a very cool red coyote off-road vehicle you can get for FREE if you betray Panam's trust and rat her out to Saul. I'm sure a lot of people don't have this since they wanted to have a relationship with her. It's a really cool and fast car with great handling on and off-road.

You can still get Sampson’s Cthulhu if you kill him so it’s not a missable vehicle, you’ll just have to pay for it when it becomes available for purchase on the market, You’ll probably have to have a certain amount of street cred too as you would when being able to purchase other cars too.

the car you get from the boxing match.. I calls it Thundercougarfalconbird - Gold Edition I got the free car out in the desert immediately after the Heist stuff ended. No panam missions. Also the Free Bike, the red one, pretty much makes all the other bikes pointless, only the 130k one is better but it isn't that much better. You missed the Quadra Cthulhu. During the Claire racing missions, at the end of the third race if you choose the dialogue options "My goal is winning", then during the race, chase the other driver and then prevent Claire from killing him, you get BOTH Beast and the Quadra Cthulhu, you do need to wait possibly up to 7 days in order for the guy to contact you about it.

The Delamain Car will have a different kind of AI in it depending on the way you end the questline.

YOU GOT THE BASIC "JACKIES ARCH" Hey so, I'm not sure if your aware but.. there is a different variant to Jackie's arch. If your a nomad, during the mission "the pickup" in the prologue there is a tech skill question (6 or above). If you choose both the tech response and the follow up AND obviously send Jackie home to mama wells, once your I his garage scan the bike. V then comment that Jackie altered the bike before the heist. After the keys are yours you will be given Jackie's tuned Arch. Its a quad exhaust (normally dual) and if you did both the tech and follow up an upgraded engine. The top speed remains the same but it hauls ass and picks up speed way faster. Enjoy everyone!

Once you finish the mission go down to the basement and you’ll find a door that leads to a ripperdoc and the ripperdoc will give you a discount on upgrades to keep the secret of the basement. Now you can get the gorilla arm from him for much cheaper as well as smart link mod

Hello! Thanks for the free cars... :D You missed one car the shion wasteland type, which is in the garage near the motel :) Anyway the Black Caliburn is disappear. I saw that in the container but I wanna do some other quest before and just than go back to the car but after the car is not there :( (So if you see a free car but you not get it just disappear?) If you just do the race quest and win (not dealing with to chase the guy in a car and leave the race), you can't get the quadra cthulhu or the beast otherwise?

You can actually get the blue arch bike in the prologue just go to the garage and enter the code for me i have to stand at a weird angle to be able to input the code but it is possible to get it at the very beginning of the game Also you can get the Colby as soon as you finish the prologue and watson is off lockdown just head straight to it and it'll be there at least it was for me

If you help Claire with "THE BEAST IN ME" missions but you convince her not to kill Sampson. There is a chance...(didn't happen on my first play through) Sampson will call you and he will gift you the Type 66 'CTHULU' his iconic race car, as a gift for convincing Clare to spare his life. So yeah you get the Beast and you can get Cthulu in one go. I go the car while waiting on the Colby car, yes I had finished the riders of the storm mission and the Panam Train robbery :( But hey I got a free car anyway, so mixed feelings?

i have done all side quests and gig, and the car at the desert movie set is not there for me, im a nomad dont know if that matters

Car #2 the Thornton Colby is bugged. You have to get it before doing "I'll Fly Away" or it will despawn!

I just tried getting the Colby car (second free car) and it's not there. The crime scene was just no colby.. 😞

Bike wasn’t there for me in the garage Edit: You have to complete the side quest ‘The Highway Man’ if I remember correctly to be able to get the bike.

If you make Claire NOT kill the guy at the end when he crashes..ypu get her car and after a few days the guy calls you and thanks your for sparing his life and gives you, his car.

I did the panam mission but the car wasnt there for me even with latest update and currently i have finished the game and returned there a few times but yeah sadly no free car

If you want Johnny silverhands hand all you have to do is do the mission chippen don't kill the guy in the mission then get johnny's car then go to his grave when the mission is complete go into your backpack then you will see a silver arm press on it and you will have Johnny's arm. I hope this helps

for those that are conflicted on the first car. i let the guy keep the money and car, got a message back from him later on in the game asking how his old car is running for me. (i was like, i'm sorry what?) so go ahead and take the car but let him keep the money, the game seems to think you do anyway.

You have to stay strong and try to convince Claire to not kill him. You do that, then she will hear him out and as thanks from both of them, you get both cars

8:13 I did the whole Highwayman quest (The quest for the Oni bike) but whenever I go up to the door it says "authorization required" and wont let me punch in the code. It has done this on 2 characters and I've sunk 100+ hours onto my first character. Really dont wanna be locked out of it on all my characters. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

On console PS4 the stashes are not shared, each car has its own stash not sure if it's a glitch or if they just didn't implement it right. They said the stashes are shared but at least in my game they are not

The car isn't available if you did the mission to bury scorpion with mitch. I did that one and went straight to get the car...wasn't there. Reloaded just before that mission and it was.

Yep. You can get this at the very beginning before you even get your car from Jackie lol.
