Great workout, Very easy to follow for me who is almost 60 and has injuries. Would like to see more workouts for people with knee injuries ect. Thank you!

Hi mary I have a question you put this video of abs workout in the top of every single day of workout plan for this week isn't too Mach for abs we don't need a rest between each day to recover?

Hey, it’s fine to do it in a challenge :) but usually yes you can take 1 day off in between but abs are a small muscle group, so you basically don’t need that much rest in between like in bigger muscle groups like legs/booty
