This 10 minute brutal ab workout is a challenge to build ab muscles & lose belly fat. I created this workout to tone your core muscles and you can do it from home or wherever you are. Get results by working your abs everyday. It is a 10 minute workout for your abs but you will have fun, feel the burn and see changes fast. These ab exercises target all your muscle groups as lower, upper and side abs. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.
