Thanks for this upper body workout with no equipment. Nice you do it real time =) I been trying to start doing handstands to strengthen arms and shoulders. Used to do handstand walks when I was a kid. But now being older I don't have the same strenght. So its hard =) Can you do handstands and have you ever tried handstand exercises?

You're so welcome! I cannot do handstands anymore either lol when I was younger I would do those backwards bends and handstands all the time and fall on my back with no cares 😂

@@TessBegg Then make it a challenge to be able to do handstands again? =) ...I use a wall as help for now. on fours, feet towards the wall, then back up the wall, I use my legs to climb up the wall and then lean with my legs on the wall for balance. Then i try to handstand as long as I can....then go back down again =)

Could you do a video on wrist/ joint strength? I feel like I have the weakest wrists ever and push-up/ plank position always makes my wrists super sore :/

Ah to be honest I don't know too much about it as it's never been a problem for me. You can buy push up grips/stands which are helpful

I'm not able to do push ups as my arms are simply too weak lol, can I do knee push ups instead? 👐🏻 Otherwise the workout looks nice ✨❤️

Hey, you can do them on your knees - however I recommend you do them elevated as that helps you get used to the full movement and work towards a full push up. Do them with your hands on a step, chair, bed or couch side etc :)

Hey! You cannot spot reduce fat. Doing an ab workout will train your core muscles which are underneath the body fat, so they are great to do still! To burn body fat, you’ll need to burn a little more calories than you are putting in, sustainably. Cardio, whichever forms of it you choose to do is great and strength training with weights is also good! Just get your body moving 😊
