Don't give ladies because boys want more but sadly we can't keep on giving if they are not doing the same and I have been there my self. So don't give if they don't do the same. I believe in you 💗 And Mark that was a great video 💕

1. Check your giving. Check your motives . Do you really want to do this for yourself or are you fear giving. 2. Give up the over functioning. It will exhaust you & leave you unfulfilled. 3. Get clarity on what you want to receive. What is the love you want to receive? Write it down, get clarity, have accountability. 4. Have a WINS journal. Give yourself credit for what you do. If you’re receiving from yourself, you’re seeing your value. Ex. Going to the gym, eating a healthy breakfast. 5. Receive from yourself & from your friends. Practice receiving in easier spaces. Talk to yourself in front of the mirror. 6. Slow down. Let things sit. Receive slowly. Take the compliments. 7. Practice you feminine energy. Be in a flowing receiving feminine energy instead of a rigid take charge masculine energy. 8. Set boundaries! Most important. Have a minimum standard for your emotional health. Set the clear boundary & take action to fulfill it. Thanks Mark!

Hey, great video Mark! I'm learning a lot of things I didn't know. I'm going to practice taking compliments sloooooowly and sitting with the discomfort, to build up the muscle and acclimatise to the new level. That makes a LOT of sense. Thankyou! It occurred to me too, that the ability to be comfortable in the moment, move slowly, without having to break eye contact or run away is one of the key components of seduction. Right? 🙂

Thank you Mark! Your advice has helped me overcome a lot. I also really appreciate the beauty (I forget her name), that you’ve teamed with, in getting in touch with my feminine side again. It feels so good to be receiving in my new relationship, to allow it, and also allowing space and time to move it along, instead of needing to control (outcome based). My confidence has always been stellar, but choices…not so much. So a recent health issue (time to rethink), lots of reaching out, and a new found love in myself, has lead me to what I feel may be a great new chance at love with this man. I’m super excited. Thanks for your work. ♥️

Oh I forgot to post at your last video Mark! I think the phrase is "It's more blessed to give than receive". Which is true, right? How good does it feel to give back (when it's coming from a place of abundance and overflow, like you said)? You feel like the man!!! (or woman) So could we say- For goodness sake, don't be selfish 😂 Put yourself in the receiving position a little more so that other people can get a chance to give! 😉

Well I do have a question, what if you don't know what you want from a guy, but you don't want him to fade out of your life? That you feel the need to message him but while you do so, know you only do it so he won't forget that you still exist. I'm having double feelings about this guy that is my 'friend' and in some way I feel he doesn't deserve all the energy I spend thinking about him and on the other hand I've always had this unexplainable connection with him that I've never encountered and felt with anyone before. I don't get why I keep thinking about him all the time, when I clearly realise how sad and mad he makes me. It's just that he's sending me mixed signals like touching me in ways that has already crossed the friendzone and I'm hesitating when it comes to showing subtle hints that I'm interested. It's a lot and I know I have to find this out on my own, but my nature is direct and honest and wants to write him a letter, a rhyme or a song telling him how I feel, but I am not sure if that's the right approach.

Hi Mark, I have a question for you! I am a giver and the way you describe what triggers me is spot on. I am working on it, have been for awhile. This is going to sound odd, but I am actually almost training myself to get better at this right now, with a guy I am casually seeing. But he is getting too comfortable and it bothers me. Granted, he was not at first. I want to try and correct this a bit if possible, not because I want to change the guy into the ideal companion but because I am training to interact better with men in my love life - sounds cringy, I feel like I am using him... gosh. Anyways, do you think that stating what you want/need can improve this? For instance, last time we hate together we tried to order from the table we were sitting at with a QR code. Didn't work so I suggested I go order at the counter. He did not protest or offer to go. Once would not have been a problem but this has happened twice in row. Should I just say, "I feel lazy going inside, can you order for us this time?" Or just sit on my hands? Side note: I should not offer to go to start with, I know... Man, receiving is hard enough for me to self-sabotage on top of it! lol xxoo
@schenelle792 жыл бұрын
I think it's great you are practicing this stuff with this guy. I recon the boundary should have been set the 2nd time you went to pay. I'm not good at this either, so would have done the same. Next time you go for lunch I would say "Your turn"! With a big smile amd sit tight! 😁 Since It's been a little while, what did you end up doing?

#askmark Hey Mark, i have a question! You said men like feminine women but why are so many of them hating the idea of paying on dates or paying in general more than us? Why do they come up with the argument that we are equal now and they like independent women and all those texts we all know. How can we express this to our partner at the beginning of a relationship, in a nice way? To tell them that we would like them to take us out on dates and pay for them, or buy us presents (they don't have to be expensive but the act itself makes me for exaple feel loved and appreciated)? How can we make any man do this, even those who wouldn't at first? Any idea? Thanks :-)

Well, Mark, I do know a few over-functioning men. They insist upon practically building you a dawg-gone house. They'll repair everything. In fact, if you had some paint and some brushes, they'd paint the inside AND outside. Shoot, they'd paint the front yard and take you to the grocery store while the lawn dries. But don't do something crazy like call 'em up the next day sweet as pie just to make sure they know how much you appreciate their time and energy! That's when they talk to you like, "Why are you on my phone trying to hold a conversation with me?" You have to laugh 'cause heck, nobody even asked 'em to do all that work n' grocery store-taking in the first place! I meet more men who can't seem to handle life than I do women. By far. Can't you say somethin' to those crazy, so n' so's?
