Great video. Brown is an ideal color for sneakers. It compliments everything else you’re wearing, and it should be much more popular a color. The fact that it’s a little rare these days makes it a great choice because not everyone is wearing them.

I thought the same thing about Brown (Toffee) colored Sneakers, that they never would go with anything. Then i purchased a pair of Toffee colored Cole Hahn low cut Sneakers and I love them. Went out to dinner twice recently and wore the Cole Hahns both times. I wore them with blue khakis and khakis shorts, and they looked great both times. i will being wearing them a lot this summer. Good advice.

I spent so much of my life wearing Trainers/Sneakers as my everyday footwear, right upto my mid to late 30's that now I'm in my early 40's I'm really sick of them. For the last 5 years, my normal everyday wear have been sturdy Chukka boots, like the Timberland Larchmont, my Smart Casual shoes are a pair of Tan Loake Brogue shoes and If I do wear a pair of shorts in the summer (I'm from the UK so it's only for a month and a half) It's a classic pair of boat shoes (Edited I put Boat Shows lol).. But saying that, I do like all the looks displayed in this episode, very fresh, smart and on-point. Especially liked the first look and sixth.

I owned the Cole Haan Brown Grand OS and i also barely reached for them. I wore them for a while and they got super beat up and eventually fell apart. While the Koio are def better built I’d take their all white or grey all day!

Cool sneakers. A nice shade of brown. Almost tan.Your Anson belt matched them almost perfectly. I did notice however that the eyelets have no grommets. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I had a pair of leather hightops once that had no grommets and after about 6 months the top eyelets got so stretched out from cinching up the laces to tie them that they finally tore. If at least the top eyelets had grommets that would help. Perhaps a shoe repair place could put some in.

I just bought a pair and I had a choice of 2 styles: 3 rows of eyelets or 6. In other words, laces that stop halfway down your instep versus laces that go to your toe. I chose 3. Now, true running shoes or sneakers have laces all the way down to your toes. So I’m afraid that my sneakers look more like dress shoes than they do running shoes, because there is a little bit more smooth leather showing. So my question is, does it still look sneaker-like with less laces. What is the element that turns it into a sneaker from a dress casual shoe? Is it the white sole, or it the laces. Ps mine look like yours in style and colour, but with only 3 rows laces. (pps. I also bought them in black!)

This is a great looking shoe, I have some very similar, I just wish I had more occasions to wear them. I do have to say that I would have a bit of a problem spending $278 on a pair of sneakers. I spend that and sometimes more on dress shoes, that I wear to work, but at least I can get the heels and soles replaced, once you go through these, they are done.

Hi! Long story short, I went to the Koio store in Lafayette Street in NYC. Love the sneakers and bought two pair of them as I live in Costa Rica. The store lady made a mistake and wrapped the wrong pair of sneakers so I needed to go back and exchange them for the right ones, These ladies were awesome but the phone number for customer service never worked. I do not understand how a good quality of sneakers with a store in NYC does not have a decent customer service line in USA.
