80kg dumbbell row for fun

JD from PE blasts the 80kg db for 6. Not the best form, but its been about 6 years since I have attempted this weight. I was pretty happy with this

That’s a super old video, thanks for the comment and the find. A lot of different ways to do them, that was a pure ego lift :)
