I'm 22 and my grandfather and grandmother are 79 and 75 respectively. They tell me that my grandfather hasn't eaten street food or in restaurants for 45-50 years. He only walks 4-5 kms in a day. Bunches of muscles often have tissue wrappings called “fascia,” which is very strong and inflexible, so if you put extra fluid inside this capsule (usually from bleeding due to an injury, but possibly from amateur Synthol injections), you can get something called a compartment syndrome, where the extra.mass and swelling pushes on blood vessels and cuts off blood flow, destroying the muscle. Add that to all the other risks (infection, nerve damage, inflammation, etc),

I worked with a woman one time...we were working in a mine, lifting heavy objects 70+ pounds. She had had a boob job a couple years prior. She screamed and grabbed her chest . I guess its just my genetics but I grow muscle super fast even at 43. Last year I was benching 415 at 5"9 215 lbs. I was stacked and never used steroids. But Ive actually gotten tired of having all that muscle. So I just started running 3 miles every other day and eating right. I feel waaaaày better now that I dont have to struggle to catch my breath

Unfortunately, theres a lot of fake doctors/coaches who do these illegal procedures here in Brazil. Theres not a lot of information around the country about the risks and people end up falling for them. If you wanna know more you can search for botched buttlifts in Brazil, most of what I've seen comes from that surgery
