Since I have been doing QiGong, I have noticed a difference in my health. I am now in remission from breast cancer and the blood work they do as part of my monthly therapy (no chemo) has improved a lot. I believe that doing QiGong along with pressure points have helped to make that difference. Thank you.

Lee is a reference to be taken into account in every way, for his solid training is a guarantee, ,Years ago I bought a book by Dr. Mantak Chia but I could not understand it, it was very high, Lee was trained with Dr. Mantak thanks to Lee I understood. i have a shoulder injury from a car accident and tried this yesteday and also today. The energy that i can feel in my hands in the ball is actually heavy if that is the word, I mean that i can feel it. The golden oil flowing into my injury is such a good healing visualisation. I dont want my joints to be vulnerable to arthritis and pain. I will do this each day. This is a gift of healing

I have a friend who had taken traditional medicine and a food plan from Nze Njoku Herbal Home to treat Arthritis and High Blood Pressure and for some years now he looks normal. From severe pain always a sick guy for some years Now he looks so healthy and enjoying normal productive life😊 Praise God

I do these at least 3 times a week,SO HEALTHY and can be a Ritual Chinese way with Green tea/Ginger/Cloves and Chewing a Clove of Garlic every other day!!

Dewd! I want to say wow and thank you. I found your video 'Discovering qi' posted by someone else. I have tried several times from many other videos and I felt it so clearly. Your exercises are so effective. In the middle of it I found kind of my own motion as I just kind of wanted to do then I went back into your your video and like when I was holding up my hands I can seriously just feel like the fine points and then I can feel like the whole hand at the same time. It was very easy to understand are the motions were great along with your examples. I'll add that it is very helpful when someone speaks English with clarity, too.

I have been doing this exercise for about a month now, and it has brought its' challenges for me. 1) When I really push my fingers out/stretch them, I sometimes get more pain in the fingers, so lately I have decided to "play" this exercise. I just let the wrists and fingers relax as I stretch and move, and for the moment, I love this "play". 2) When I do the shoulder moves, I find that as move my weight from front leg to the back leg, my poor arthritic knees grind (if only they would grind my coffee beans!). Particularly my left knee does not even want to bend when it is in the back. So, now I purposely plan to bend it slowly, slightly more each time, and yes, it grinds away. But, I do it slowly, and try to relax. We will see if that will help my knee to improve . . .

That's okay! Your QiGong experience should very simply be: "No Pain, No Pain." ...Meaning, you should never experience pain or discomfort when practicing Qigong. If your range of movement or mobility is limited, we always recommend modifying a routine or flow in a way that's more comfortable for you!

That was great. I must do that everyday. I think my hands are becoming arthritic and starting to easily cramp. Hands feel weak and less dexterity.

This video came recommended on a Discord I'm on. Not gonna lie dude, the whole notion of chi or qi, "energy", meridians, etc. is a little too "new agey" to pass my BS-O-Meter sniff test. I'd like to find something therapeutic for my arthritis but the language of this doesn't sit right with me at all. Thanks, just passing through, for those for whom it works, glad to hear it. I left neither a like nor dislike, but I don't think this is for me. Regards just the same.

God yes, I have noticed an improvement, despite having very little room to do these exercises. The amount of room I have is what often limits my ability to follow all the lessons
