These exercises are part of the "30-Day Qi Gong Challenge" course, which I bought a couple of years ago. I've repeated the 30 days of exercises several times. Each session lasts 7 minutes and it is filmed along the Pacific Ocean. LOVE IT!

Yes! I did that one too, but didn't finish, and was just telling someone I was going to go back to it. I loved the energy of the water and the beach!
@jeannettemclaughlin36502 жыл бұрын
@@barbarairvin1794 I agree with you, Barbara, about the energy of the water and the beach. I don't do the sessions regularly and wonder at times why I don't. Lee's voice is soothing, he explains slowly, the scenery is relaxing and the sessions are only seven minutes long! I'm retired and have plenty of time. I guess it's human nature to find excuses!
@barbarairvin17942 жыл бұрын
@@jeannettemclaughlin3650 So we don't blame it on memory issues, maybe we could set up a challenge practice for seven days, seven minutes of your chosen QiGong practice. That might help me get back into the beach practice series. I am trying to catch up with several challenges I took on and very shortly fell behind in each one! Yeesh.

This is the answer to my prayers. At 70 years young I am having back issues and have gone through 'procedures' to find out what is happening to my spine. I tried this segment and lo and behold - I was able to do it almost pain free. I will continue watching, learning, and doing Qi Gong with you. Thank you for showing me there is life worth living yet. (secretly I have always planned on living to 110 years old - it has been my plan since I was a child. lol). So Thank You with all my heart.

Hi thanks to Lee for this short awesome video. As a longtime practitioner of Qigong & tai chi and meditation may I suggest that you learn some TAI CHI & meditation to be able to manage stress and turn inwards to find peace of mind and health for the rest of your life. Cheers.👍🙏🙏

Cool plan. Years ago, I studied and practiced and almost became certified in a Chi Gong form called The Longevity Tree, designed exactly to be the way to a long life. It seems rare, but it was SO enjoyable, I did it for 7 years! Have a CD of it somewhere. Really recommend it if maybe you can find it.

I'm going to try this each morning. When I held the energy ball in front of abdomen, I felt nothing & thought, doh I haven't got any energy in my ball. When I raised my hands to the front of my head, wowser I felt a lot of warmth and buzzing, and I certainly feel a little more energised. Nice one, if I see some improvement definitely will invest time and money in the practise. I enjoyed the video too, very easy to follow with good explanations for a newbie like me.

I have a dolphin story also. 10-15 years ago, Frank and I were in Clearwater FL & decided to visit an aquarium. There were 2 dolphins. Much to my surprise there was "Winter" the star of the movie 'Dolphin Tale'. So much fun. After a few minutes I went down to a lower area which had a 3' x 6' window to view the dolphins underwater. I had learned Reiki energy a few years earlier. Soooo. . ., I rubbed my hands together for 2 minutes, then placed my hands on the window. 2 minutes later the dolphin (not Winter) swam close to the window. Then swam again closer to the window looking at me. WOW! The 3rd time, the dolphin stopped & placed its body against the window. He/she stayed there until I walked away. The connection we had was unbelievable/magical/heavenly. Hope I never forget that experience. from Kentucky💓🐬
