the pronounced belt loop fade is from yarn actually fed into the folds of the fabric when the belt loop tape construction takes place. pretty cool detail that a lot of brands just don't do. it apparently helps strengthen the beltloops as well (back in the day when denim was much lighter weight) love the videos!

To many brand to choice from SAMURAI, ONI DENIM, Pure Blue Japan, TANUKI, STUDIO D'ARTISAN. With close to 300 dollar or more I can just buy them all. Maybe do some comparisons on some of these brands.

Yes, all sellers have to fill in a custom declaration, so import duties have to be paid

I would say the feel of the denim is different. I’ve been wearing iron heart for about 7 years now. I’d say their denim is smooth due to tight weave.
