The editing on this video is an ADHD nightmare. Both the music and background are noisy and distracting and I could not focus on anything being said. I appreciate the video content, but the added barriers to learning from the editing took away from my ability to focus and absorb the information.

I don't have ADHD, and I too found this super distracting. The speaker and music are almost on the same level, and turning up the volume does not fix the issue....
