If a pitcher is right-handed, does he have to work only on his right arm or does he have to train both sides to be more balanced?

Train both sides to help with imbalance. However if doing these for 6-9 week circuit would not be that impeding if done on just throwing arm. 🙏

How often does one strength train the shoulders? Twice a week post pitching workout? Also, does the athlete move up in weight or stay at the 3-5lbs?

@@baileylewis6587 I have guys do it two to three days a week and even in season as well I try to stay a little bit lighter in season 3 5 lbs. I would not go too heavy with these shoulder workouts.
