HRT! If you're otherwise healthy, are an experienced lifter, and can keep your test levels at or around the level they would have been in your twenties, you can probably do this, too!

You can probably already hit it. I'm 6ft 80kg and tried 110kg first time deadlifting after seeing a woman saying she intimidates men lifting that much in a video. second time, when I was confident with form, was like..hey let's try a bit more..a bit more. Ended up at 180kg Got me addicted at that point

I dont even pull sumo i pull conventional. Im still stronger than this guy. He weighs 225 and cant deadlift even 2x bw. Im still stronger than him

Like i tell people, Exercise is the key to the fountain of youth. 90 years old and he looks like he is late 60's or early 70's. He is strong and fit. I have been lifting off and on since i was 15 years old. Have been out of the Gym for 7 years. I gotta get back because i am looking older than i actually am now and i contribute that to stopping exercising and poor diet and it shows.

That guys name is Elvis Jones, he is a former Texas state national record holer. Hes been competing in powerlifting competitions since the early 60s and is one of the founders of the NAPA powerlifting group. Legend of the sport! Also I just made all of this up

My grandpa used to tell me and my lil brother to grab onto the broom and he would curl us up until I was like 13 and 15… he was over 80 and 5’8… can’t wait to be old

We are stuck in a culture where 60 or 50 its time to slow things down or retire. But i want to break the rule like how this old strong guy. Respect his dedication, it took decades of sustainability of training to get here

Joe Stockinger from Pincher Creek, Canada. Holds many world records, founder of the Alberta Powerlifting Union. He dresses up as a circus clown and walks parades etc. rides his bike everywhere in town at 92 years old now.

Props to him I'd say I 1 percent of 90 year olds can lift 405 because that's a lot for most people especially people for 90 years and their body is getting more fragile I bet that man in his prime had a bodt of steal of something I bet he was hard to beat in a fight as well
