I recently got my EMT cert and I gotta say, this game looked cool. If you do want to play it again, I'd suggest following the ABCs, or Airway, Breathing, Circulation, and Shock before doing other patient assessments (or ambulate before carry, if you listen to the EMTs who've been doing this for awhile). This game looks like it could be fun practice for EMTs but I think if you were in charge of saving my life, Ian, I would be kind of terrified.

It looks like it was originally designed to be a training tool but somehow got released as a video game. I mean, all of the tools and procedures appear to be completely accurate to what is used in real life, and it was clearly going for realism over entertainment.
