Yoongi was making beats and selling them while he was working part-time at the studio, but of course we don't have these beats and unfortunately some songs, that were uploaded earlier by him, are not available anymore. But we have one song, which he produced for others in 2010 - "518-062", it is about democratic uprising in Gwangju in 1980

I think Suga said that for his audition for Big Hit, he remixed the beat they gave him to perform for the audition to put his own spin on it which really impressed them. I saw him mentioned it on a video somewhere.

This audition is really special because he is the only one to modified the song out of all the participants. It is his production skills that stood out for bighit. I remember how some say that Bighit is lucky because they managed to snatch Gloss. Underground rappers really recognized his beats too. It was in an interview Reflow is in. Reflow was the underground rapper Gloss had given beat. It is the song "Who am I?"

Hi Chalfant. I like your method; the fact of checking Suga's work since the beginning will allow you to see his evolution over time as much on the lyrics, production, rapping and composition level, but especially on the human level through the lessons he has learned from his journey and from this society that he constantly observes. I'm curious to see your reactions to this and to hear your impressions on this evolution of a young man from a poor provincial background and the paths he takes as he goes along (paths that often rappers don't have the wisdom to take especially with the success that comes)

Swagger, Diss, 518 - 062 are other predebut/earlier songs, about which i know. 518 - 062 is one of his best predebut works in my opinion Can't wait for you to get into his solos and mixtapes. Intro, which you mentioned, is one of my favourites till this day

He has some older stuff too. His voice is deeper in those. Personally, I feel as though he's a storyteller and chooses to do so not only via lyrics, but he also uses emotion and ad libs to communicate his message. Also, he actually does have love songs in his rap discography.
