99-07 Chevy/GMC truck no reverse lights - diagnosing, testing, pulling my hair out: Desperado

I spend three days painstakingly testing every component, connection and wire for the reverse lights. Good fun!

I was going to say "At 18:45 there is BTSI above W/S WASH on the bottom slightly right of centre.". But obviously I didn't need to. But I have anyway. Also it's one of those frustrating things that if you were out in the pouring rain, you have to get out of a vehicle to check fuses. 1 fuse can be such a pain. I have learnt from past errors to always check grounds first, then fuses.

What’s a BTSI? I don’t know why I haven’t drilled it into my head yet to just pull every fuse and check them first. It would save so much time lol

@@StationroadRatrods I don't know what a BTSI is, but it had 10A beside it, so assume it's a fuse. Not an auto electrician and definitely don't want to be one.

Need to find yourself some good mechanic friends who has access to Alldata or of the variety, I am lucky as I have access to Mitchell on Demand through my work.. Its always frustrating when it comes down to 1 stupid fuse lol. Looks like those TBC fuses are in place to save the BCM and we all know how much the BCM controls on these trucks.
