Main aaj bahut khush hun ke main parathe humesha sek ne ke baad ghee lagati hun ya fir mustard oil main sekti hun. Aur stuffing ko saute karte bharti hun. Ajwain is a must in my parathas. Thank you so much.

Jb mai pregnant thi to mujhe bahut vomits hoti thi almost 100 per day ...day night full..kuchh nhi khaya jata tha tb meri gynecologist ne stuff prantha khane ko kaha tha...she said ki its complete food...grain,vegetables, masalas and fat....so can hv prantha without any problem

Thanks for this video .. I make all roti,bhakari,partha this way from many years not knowing this benefit but since I am in canada and we have smoke alarms in home and with exhaust systems on smoke produce during making of parantha with oil.. I started making it without using oil and applying ghee later...benefit is amazing as described by you ❤

मेरे घर में ऐसे ही पराठे बनाए जाते हैं क्योंकि मेरे पापा हमेशा कहते हैं की पराठे को तवे के ऊपर कभी भी तलना नहीं चाहिए, टेस्ट भी सेम होता है और घर पर गाय के दूध का बनाया हुआ मक्खन लगाकर खाया जाए तो बात ही अलग है 👍😊😊
