lol this guy, “sneak out” I remember my old man had a 96 Isuzu rodeo and I would coast it out in neutral and start it down the block. To get it back In the drive way I would hall ass at end of the block and half way down shut it off and let it coast all the way up into the drive way 🤣. Good times, good ol party nights. Anybody else misses the good 90s-00s 😔

Had to put the sneak out disclaimer lol. Used to always have to roll it out of the driveway and then start it and put it in 1st quick so it wouldn’t be loud for long.

I do think they sound similar as well. The skunk 2 may be louder but that’s just my opinion. The drone isn’t the worst especially when you have music playing but you notice it. After a year and half of owning it, I got used to it. The visor I got is from Procivic.com. I appreciate it bro. Be safe out there.

Drones not bad at all. If you have the windows up, it’ll be no problem especially if you have music in the background.

If you're only doing a catback echaust, you DO NOT need to tune. Even doing downpipe you don't necessarily need to tune but if you want gains then I highly recommend that you tune once doing downpipe as well. As far as exhaust, you don't.

I installed it Oct 2018 and has been on since. Never has melted the plastic or any marks from the heat. Do it the right way and you’ll be fine.

I am seriously like 50/50 on liking and not liking the sound.....I was actually considering the Invidia Q300. I was told the Q300 is slightly louder than the stock exhaust. The N1 I think is a little too loud and obnoxious for my taste. Especially since my '14 Si is my daily.

Your not wrong bro. The N1 is loud but I like it so it really comes down to preference. If you don’t like it too loud the Q300 will be perfect. I would pull the trigger on the Q300. Hope this helped.

I have not seen one for the base model for the 2012. Ive only ever seen it advertised for the 2016-18 EX and LX model as far as the Invidia N1. I’m sure you can find exhausts for that model with a different brand though

There’s also the borla exhaust I believe that will work with that model. That one isn’t too bad either. It’ll come down to personal preference

The car is lowered on bc coil-overs. The car is pretty low and scrapes on certain speed bumps, but the car can be raised to not scrape at all.

Jose Lopez that’s the issue with a lot of traffic it’ll be rare to hit 4th or 5th, a lot of traffic gets me from 1 to 3rd and back all over again it’s annoying.. but you’ll get a lot of clutch foot work

Itll be slightly louder but the muffler is what controls the loudness of the car. Also the bigger exhaust will be better if you plan to turbo the car
