It seems they must have changed the pins that plug the platform into the machine, but odd they wouldn't warn folks about that. If course that could just be an HSN oversight as well. My HSN card is in time out lol 😆 It seemed like you used 3 silver foils, one of which had sparklies in it. Do you find sometimes silver foils can be a problem child, cuz it seems that way. If be interested to see if the 3 ornament foil stamp did better with the green or gold foil. Very interesting. I love all your foiling videos! Hopefully in about 6 weeks I'll get to play!!! 🤗🙆‍♀️

Nancy, you mentioned TODO hot foil plates and not to use them, is that just with the Gemini system? Can you use them with the glimmer?

Yes, not in Foilpress ok in the Glimmer & Go Press & Foil

I still think it's a great machine for Gemini users and you should get extra platform before they are gone.

Where did you get the cover plate? I bought a couple 9x12 foilpress ‘systems’ from HSN, but it did not come with the full size cover plate. I hate the adapter cover plate. It kinda got stuck one time, and made me nervous, so I stopped using it.

The hot foil plates work, not the hot foil system. You need to buy the Spellbinders Glimmer.

Are you using the original size Gemini or the Pro which is larger? I have the original size and the junior.

The original Gemini for the 9x12, usually use the Gemini Jr for the regular foilpress platform.
