There should be one exam for all banking and insurance exam like SSC CGL or UPSC, they should conduct that exam 3-4 times a year like JEE. This will save time of aspirants and organisation and students can focus on other things as well. Every few week a notification comes and students fill the form for just a few vacancies. Instead organisation should provide details of vacancies quarterly. Itna toh per month salary nahi hoti jitni fees chali jati hai yearly.😂

Not possible, SSC jobs are meant for public service the syllabus of SSC and Question paper of SSC is designed to select top candidates from a crowd they are not testing your skills and mindset ssc exams are just a race. While the banking and insurance sector hire for profit making they want skilled employees to make good profit and every organisation has some different criteria as per their requirement.

CGL me to phir bhi minimum 10k or abhi 2 saal se to 36k or 20k tak aa rhi hai.

Sir you're right about doing PG nowdays. So called career influencers make fun of PGs , saying it's a waste of time. But if you are employed it is the first criteria for promoting an employee based on his qualification. I'm glad that i've done my masters in commerce even though many made fun of me. Now i have two career options at any point i.e to crack any exam that requires pg or just pursue a career in teaching.

It's better to focus on ssc, state govt jobs rather than doing pg, risk management courses, actuary etc, if we were capable doing those things, why would we focus on govt jobs, this type of recruitment should be left or those who are already working or mba graduates etc.
