Wanted to note that Seelies used to live and had their palaces in what is now known as the Dark Sea, which is where Enkanomiya is supposedly located. The halls of heaven, where celestia, the three moon sister and the sun chariot used to reside, are also a thing. So the 7 earthly nations + 2 esotheric realms equals 9 actual places that could potentially correspond with the 9 realms in the stories. There's also the fact that the 7 nations could not exactly be considered realms, but the powers they were built from are. Fontaine is tied to the Primordial Sea, while Sumeru is to the Irminsul and the realm of dreams. Liyue has the adeptus realms (which pale in comparison with Rex Lapis' realm per Madam Ping's explanation) and Inazuma has the plain of Euthymia. The only one that doesn't have something like that is Mondstadt but Venti is pretty sus by himself, or it could be that the whole sky is the anemo realm (where does Venti go when he sleeps for hundreds of years?). There's also something curious in Neuvillette's character story's lines where he implies that the primordial elements used to be balanced and not affect each other as much before the Celestial Nails and 3rd Descender were used to stabilize the world before its collapse. It was only after this (creation of the gnosis) that the primordial elements began to devour eachother. Wheter these primordial energies are the seven elements or the light/dark pneumousia or both it's curious to note. The fact that the elemental reactions could be because of an imbalanced system made to keep the world from falling apart is CRAZY.
@shaderunner7.011 ай бұрын
Imagine Venti upkeeping the entire false sky and that's why he's kinda just showing us no more than party-trick level of power, because, well, rest of it is kinda preoccupied :^) I'm kinda bothered by the duality of Arkhe, and the realm we can visit in the book, and the descriptions of her side of the book realm by the melusine (by The Seven I'm bad with names), like what's going on in there? Also also, is the big fractured hole in the sky in that book realm a hole made by the Narwhal? Gold is also actually mentioned by name in the last page if I recall to be involved, so that's fun

The Gnosis being made off of the body of the third descender, instantly made me think that he was killed. But with what happened to Focalors/Furina, i began to rethink that, since it's cannon now that you can separate someone's power/divinity without killing/destroying them completely. What if after having his powers usurped to make the Gnosis, he now just walks through Teyvat as a husk of his former self (until Pierro found him), a shell cladded in armor wandering and searching for revenge. I mean, he is referred to as "the strongest human" which could imply something more, or maybe i'm just crazy but as an official member of the tinfoil hat brigade, i must partake in the crack consumption. But if it's not him i would say maybe it's Nibelung, because if there is anyone with a "will to rival a entire world" it sure would be the extremely pissed off king of dragons. Another thing that makes me think that the third might still be alive somewhere, is because of the heart beat we hear when we attune to the very first Statue of the Seven, in Mondstadt at the beginning of the game.
@jasons966311 ай бұрын
The best guess I've seen: When the primordial one (1st descender) came to teyvat it was ruled by the dragons. He summoned the shades (2nd descenders), including the heavenly principals, to seize teyvat from the dragons. Nibelung and the dragons were defeated. Nibelung then left teyvat to obtain the power of darkness to reclaim teyvat from the usurpers. The power he found outside teyvat rebirthed him and he was no longer of Teyvat and thus a descender when he returned. However he was again defeated and this time divided into the gnosis. Now the tsaritsa intends to defeat celestia and reclaim teyvat by gathering the gnosis by resurrecting Nibelung. The 9 halberds are the 7 gnosis, the abyss/darkness/aether (your brother), and light/lumine (you).

actually I have another thing to add. during your video I was reminded of the story of ahriman and ahura mazda from zurvanism; "Zurvanism - a historical branch of Zoroastrianism that sought to theologically resolve a dilemma found in a mention of antithetical "twin spirits" in Yasna 30.3 - developed a notion that Ahura Mazda and Angra Mainyu (Ahriman) were twin brothers, with the former being the epitome of good and the latter being the epitome of evil. Upon realizing that twins were to be born, Zurvan resolved to grant the first-born sovereignty over creation. Ohrmuzd perceived Zurvan's decision, which he then communicated to his brother. Ahriman then preempted Ohrmuzd by ripping open the womb to emerge first. Reminded of the resolution to grant Ahriman sovereignty, Zurvan conceded, but limited kingship to a period of 9000 years, after which Ohrmuzd would rule for all eternity. Eznik of Kolb also summarizes a myth in which Ahriman is said to have demonstrated an ability to create life by creating the peacock. " en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahriman Perhaps the first descender, the PO, isn't the first divine halberd aka the true king of the world. SO the second descender is the true first divine halberd, the rightful king of the world.

The Void and Human realm are straightforward enough for our question, but the Light Realm is supposed to be the realm of the elements. When white light refracts it turns into 7 colors, which is where the paralel with the 7 elements is coming from. So theoretically there could be one realm for each element, possibly the territories the elemental dragons ruled before they were usurped.

And we're back to the Shattered Halberd. lmao But seriously though, nice video all around to circle back on this book after revelations and new info in the 4.2 patch quests. I do think despite you having your brain meltdown trying to parse through the inconsistencies with comparing the fairytale story to the Descenders and the Gnoses, you're theories has merit. The thing with the fairytales within the world of Teyvat and how at least some are used as allegorical tales on past histories is how far the deviation from the the true history can be made ig. The current Thexlie(?) event I do think gives us an indication of how far the allegory in fairytales can be taken in some form since-- (spoilers for the event) --we basically witness the mother turning her story with her child into a fairytale. (And interestingly enough see how such a creation seems to then affect "reality"? Not sure how literal we should take that though at this moment.) I think we can safely say at least that the allegorical fairytales are not going to be one-to-one with the actual history, and probably because these histories needs to be "hidden" for one reason or another. But as for why the inconsistencies in specific are happening...? I honestly have no clue, though your theory about Mr. Nine cobbling together a number of historic events together does hold water. All in all, these aspects of Genshin's story I do really love cause it's an interesting exploration of the real life process of recording histories, and more relevant in this case, the erasure of history and how people try to retain records despite such actions, though filtered through towards a high fantasy/soft scifi(?) setting of course.

It's still interesting that the second who came brought "illusions that broke through shackles", shackles being the limitation of perception and reality. We know how elynas, durin, the melusine and likely rift hounds all have very altered perceptions and these are clearly linked to the abyss. (and also the zone inside the book of esoteric revelations). We know the "sinner" effectively gave rise to the abyss order via clothar as his proxy and likely directly influenced the "abyss sibling" to follow his path. Genshin seems to be showing us MANY players in the play, skirk revealing the names of some: verdofnir, surtologi, and rhinedotter which all seem to be seeking their own "perfection" through creation (maybe all using abyssal powers to do so) The abyss seems very dangerous though and they're likely to get contaminated or go insane even playing with it's powers.

There are 7 elements in Teyvat, but we also know of two other energies - the ones that are used by Abyss and Celestia. In Honkai there are two elements that are reacting only to each other - Imaginary and Quanta. But really it is just one element, just different polarities of it. Imaginary tree, embodiment of human knowledge, spreads it roots through the Sea of Quanta. Isn't it an Irminsul?

One thing about the traveller's name (idk how relevant this could even be): there is, to my knowledge, one version of the game, where the abyss sibling doesn't say the traveller's name in front of paimon and dainsleif. In the chinese version with aether as the traveller, Lumine only ever calls him 哥哥(gēgē = big brother), so his real name stays unknown to everyone else. Maybe it's the same for the korean version (japanese version uses the names), i didn't check

ITS POSSIBLE DAINSLIEF DOES NOT HAVE THE REAL EYE OF THE FIRST FIELD TILLER !! During a quest in sumeru, the traveler and an academia researcher go to an appraiser in search of an item but the appraiser showes us something else instead, thinking its what we were looking for. They claim that its the ruin core from the ruin guard ontop of stormterrors lair, siting the battle scars all around it from its fight with the great wolf of mondstat. Does that mean this is genuine? When we saw the eye of the first field tiller at the end of the dainslief quest we see no claw marks around it, does that mean it was switched out? How did it end up in the posession of the appraiser, does dainslief know he does not have the real eye of the first field tiller ? Are the ruin gaurd core and the eye of the first field tiller not the same thing? Paimon was the one that asked if dainslief could have a fake, i feel like this is something that was just glossed over considering the quest isnt voice acted. Could someone please tell me what you think of this.

I think maybe Mr.Nine meant to suggest, as you said, that Irmin is a descender (likely the second). But the thing is that in before sun and moon there is confusion between the first and second descenders. and you can also see in hadramaveth ruins that deshret's people made a mural where deshret eye replaces celestia. So it's not so crazy to assume that at some point in time, the people were confused on who exactly was the PO.

It's all adding up in my mind, let me cook a bit 😂 (I'm gonna call descender as D cuz oh boi I've mentioned this word so many times) When the first and second D took over Teyvat by defeating the 7 dragon sovereigns they were left with basically only weak dragons to rule, they need a population or civilization of sorts to make their newly conquered world functional. This is where the 3rd D comes in. D is someone who has a strong will to change the fate of the world (possibly by changing the way the world functions and laying out new "laws" cuz lol Teyvat has it's own "laws"). The 3rd D was made or summoned by the God King i.e the heavenly principles making them the "1st Divine Halberd". 3rd D makes a mechanism for the newfound world and uses it to connect all the 9 realms(7 nations+ light realm enka+ void realm abyss). If we assume King Irmin as 3rd D then it means he creates Irminsul (axis mundi) to connect all 9 realms thus the link to his name. 3rd D eventually descends into madness by overusing his powers(or maybe he got cursed idk lol) and thus Celestia decides to eliminate him and separate his remains into 7 parts or "gnoses" (thus gnoses are remains of the 3rd D as well as shattered halberds). Celestia hands over the 7 gnoses to the victors of archon war. The 3rd D knows the true nature of this world (cuz he basically gave the "laws" ie irminsul) and thus creates (or summons) the last 2 peices of himself(making them shattered halberds as well) to collect all his remnants to save the world from the mistake he did by making irminsul(which probably is a perpetual samsara simulator??). So 7 gnoses(made by celestia)+2 shattered halberds(made by 3rd D himself) make a total of 9 shattered halberds !!! This is also consistent with some halberds being sentient (sibling+traveler). The last halberds(traveler+sibling) are indeed divine (cuz they are halberds) and thus no one really knows their true name AND the traveler happens to have enough "will" to change the fate of the world and thus gets classified as the 4th D. Lmao I'm sorry for any inconsistencies which you may have noticed but there's just too much to unfold. 😂

About the Identity of the 3rd descender...I think you should check out the theories that Childe might be the 3rd Descender's reincarnation, bc of the ajax tale from the Ballad of Fjord, also the prince from the pale princess, his corpse was described as a "stars corpse", the death of the light prince might be a metaphor for the archons getting their powers and authority from their gnosis which is the corpse of the 3rd descender. (more details I forgot to include are in twt yall can search it its pretty detailed) Also, Childe has been associated or maybe even referred with stars at least 3 times so far; 1.Liyue AQ title "A new star approaches" 2.His BiS being the "Polar Star" 3. Fontaine AQ "To the Stars in the Shining Depths" (who else was floating, chilling in the deep sea that time lmao) Also the number 3 has so many nod to Childe aside from 11; the 3rd son of the Family, he trained 3 months in the abyss even tho its just 3 days in Teyvat time, he is the 3rd banner(lol), the only weekly boss that has 3 phases so far, he has 3 names... This may be a reach but so far Childe hasnt touched a Gnosis.....maybe bc something may happen to him is he were to touch one bc he is the reincarnation of the 3rd? Gnosis is from the corpse of the 3rd des after all... Now its theorized that the Tsaritsa is planning to revive the 3rd descender using the Gnoses, maybe thats where theyre gonna use childe, the 3rd des reincarnation to battle Celestia?? Whats super sus is that, if all of those theories come true, Childes line "I'll crush the thrones of gods beneath my heal, i'll conquer the world" makes so much sense now.

9:17 Recently i saw a theory where the second who came were actually the 4 Shining Shades of the Primordial One, and i thought ridiculously obvious it's not possible because it's literally said in "Before the Sun and Moon" they were created by the Primordial One to fight agains the Dragon Sovereigns in the war before the creation of Teyvat, so, they can't be those who came after, but................ now, with those things you said in mind, it starts to make sense. Because with this, the new details of what is considered a descender, the information that Narzissenkreuz tried to become a descender, and the fact that the Dragon King Nibelung probably became a descender, why can not the 4 or one of the 4 Shining Shades have become a descender and fight against the Primordial One just like in that book?

You know, I had a very similar thought yesterday. "What if Irminsul, too, is the remains of a Descender? Like Irmin from the Shattered Halberd? After all, it is a "will" that can reshape an entire world, like a Descender is supposed to be. But wouldn't that mean that the other Halberds are also Descenders, not Shades like I previously thought?" But I didn't put it together with the Gnosis reveal yet. I'm just realizing that, way back in Fischl's GAA storyline, I actually came up with the same idea of the Halberds as Descenders(though at that point, we didn't have the term and just knew of the Primordial One and the Second Who Came) and then immediately discarded it because I was too attached to the Shades idea and I dismissed that storyline as Fischl's fan fiction.

@IkikuroKidenai11 ай бұрын
Nibelung is not the second descender, he was one of the seven dragons sovereigns. The Dragon king. And he obtained the forbidden knowledge somewhere between the first and the second usurper. Once the war of vengeance ended, they tore the third descender apart and made the gnoses. So Nibelung has no way of being the second nor the third descender.
@Izyume11 ай бұрын
@IkikuroKidenai The shining shades, the Sustainer of heavenly Principles, are the second descenders. I never mentioned Nibelung being the second descender. Now, the term "no way he can be" isn't true. If Genshin wanted to write it that way, they could. Now it's probably untrue, But there is still the chance he could be. Because in his lore, he does leave Teyvat to then return. He could be the second who came, and we know the second who came is the third descender, whoever that may be.

The second descender is probably the sustainer of heavenly principles, but not one of the four shades of Phanes. The second throne of the heavens is the second descender. The second who came and the King Usurper tore the third descender apart and made the gnoses. How can the second who came and the third descender be the same? Do you not see the flaws in this logic?
@Izyume11 ай бұрын
@IkikuroKidenai The king usurper and the Second who came didn't tear apart the third descender. The king usurper and "the one who came after." Tore apart the third descender. If another "being(s) of light" arrived on Teyvat but Thanes' light was greater, he could have (again speculation) imprisoned these other beings of light casting a Shade upon them. Making them them a "Shining Shade." And making them the sustainer of heavenly Principles. Then, they fight Nibelung, forcing him to leave Teyvat, becoming something new, would have him check every box needed to be "a descender." All who descend are not descenders. You must be compatible with every element, as well as have a will that changes/destroys the world. Now, I'm only gonna say this as the last thing. You're probably right, as stated these ideas are just theories. Interesting to think on, They're probably wrong but Don't be so closed minded to throw everything out the window. And no offense, the fact you couldn't read my first comment correctly. Or the line about Thanes and those who came after correctly. Brings doubt to your lore reading and fact. Take the time to read, and look into other ideas, it'll open up a lot for you.

PO damaged by the war of vengeance→tears apart the third descender together with the one who came after. Third war: archon war.

I unironically think aether himself could be the third descender, like thinking back to the parable of the tree, it's said that the primordial one wanted the king gardener's tree to mend the beams in his pavillion, a bit like how celestia needed the gnosis to anchor in their authority after the second war. And we know istaroth helped the gardener "keep" his tree throu a branch, that branch or that new tree was then the traveler ending up at teyvat in the begining of our journery. This also explains why would the heavenly principals just randomly dump us somewhere when they obviously had yhe upper hand in that clash- It's a bit fargetched but until more is revealed about descenders imma hold onto this thought.

I feel like I really need to delve properly into Shattered Halberd; 3.3 really opened up the floodgates when it comes to in-game reality, in-game fiction and whatever silly trick you can use to convey facts-so-that-they-dont-look-like-facts - therefore I cant help but overanalyse every piece of literature, legend, story and whatnot hoping to catch a glimpse of its true meaning. How much of it should be taken at face value, and how much actually hints at big reveals later in the road (probably as vaguely as possible - Genshin is a huge long term project, and while it’s pretty safe to say that the writers DO have the main plot points and underlying mysteries already jotted down, I think it would only be safe to leave some room to redirect the plot a lil bit here and there)? So much stuff has been suspicious since early game - the aforementioned Shattered Halberd, but also boar princess, pale princess (whose interest from the Abyss Order is surely very normal and it’s also very normal that in game you can’t find the other books but they have been found in the game files and THIS IS NORMAL THIS IS FINE) or even the lil battle pass story (lots of princes and princesses, huh)… the more we go on with the game, the more lore we learn, the more I FEEL like we only need a few more pieces to connect everything, but it’s still SO confusing (and exciting. But especially confusing). POINTLESS PREAMBLES ASIDE I’ve kinda always latched onto the very common interpretation that “Genshin is an Honkai spinoff” (which I still believe to be true to an extent due to some back and forth references that feel a bit Too On The Nose to be just tributes) and, while I don’t know much about Honkai the 3rd other than what friends who actively play told me, I know that the game has an “Imaginary tree” which is tldr the origin of all universes. I kinda always assumed that, if genshin and honkai take place in the same extended universe, irminsul and imaginary tree are somewhat connected (with irminsul being a branch of said tree?)… but to be honest it’s mostly a placeholder theory I kinda keep there until something more convincing comes up. While watching the video I initially wasn’t super sold on the whole “PO created the irminsul tree” idea, but at the same time if I let go of the aforementioned Imaginary Tree connection I’m here like… why Not? Why couldn’t PO have created this massive tree? After all, the imaginary tree and irminsul seem to serve similar, but different purposes - the former is more of a “origin of all universes” per say, while the latter, at least considering what we’ve learned so far, is more of an information storage - with information, without focusing on the why’s or how’s bc I wouldnt know where to start, being the literal lymph that allows this world to literally function properly. Venturing into the irminsul to seek knowledge is also apparently a preferred pastime of the big brained guys in teyvat, considering that it’s something Hexenzirkel does on the regular and it’s something sages used to do in times of crisis (?) according to the Prayers for Wisdom/Destiny/Illumination/Springtime artifacts. Another small digression (or maybe not): there is a connection here between PO/the war for the second throne and Irminsul that has always bothered me, and that is how white branches always pop up near celestial nails. We have white irminsul-y trees or branches in Dragonspine, the Chasm, Tsurumi and the Eternal Oasis - and we don’t really have much remaining written history talking about these nails, except for Sal Vindagnyr. If it wasn’t for it you could argue that the branches could have popped up After the nails were sent down, but we know that in Dragonspine the nail fell very close to their “large white tree of great importance”, first causing it to wither, and then, when the nail split in a number of pieces, straight up shattering the white tree. And if the purpose of the nails was to suppress abyssal goo from oozing out from the depths of the world, why would you also PURPOSEFULLY target the these all-important trees (which at this point are probably in some way or another ramifications of irminsul itself)? The answer honestly could be as easy as “messing up with the trees makes the ley line disorder go brrrrrrrr”, but if PO really crated humans AND Irminsul as well, I now struggle even more to reconcile the actions of an all-divine being who deeply loved and cared for their creation and only wished for their happiness and prosperity, only for them to suddenly go no-contact with humans and actively destroy their habitats and even causing mass extinction events in the process (see the Chasm and its funky fossils). But hey, gods work in mysterious ways, I guess! I’ve babbled more than enough, so I’m just gonna wrap it up with some thoughts about the connection between King Irmin and Irminsul. As you mentioned, Genshin loooooves to mishmash different elements from different existing mythologies and whatnot (it’s not THAT funny, and hey, it’s fiction, it doesn’t have to be 1:1 true to real life mythology, but the fact that Enkanomiya is some sort of Greek-Japanese Atlantis mixture reference thing never fails to make me smile if I think a bit too long about it) which makes it confusing both when you try to connect things belonging to real myths AND when you try to figure out the in-world mythos itself. What’s true however is that as we keep getting confirmation over confirmation that Teyvat is, at the end of the day, cyclical. Things repeat, the future you can read in the stars looks more and more like a past that’s already happened, and that is just happening again with different characters and different contexts. I struggle to be more specific about this and actually pinpoint some definitive examples, but some of the circumstances of Khaenriah as a whole could definitely fit within the circumstances of PO descending or even the war for the second throne (something something something having to suppress abyssal goo after second who came showed up VS having to fend off abyssal creatures once the Veil of Sin was torn away). Something about Khaenriah is deeply engrained within the “truth of this world” and the way Teyvat functions - and oh, oh I hope that the next Dain quest will bring some light to it, the time is SO ripe. And I mention him specifically, both because his alleged constellation has always bothered me (the ‘snake ring’ - the Ouroboros, mayhaps? The self-eating snake, the symbol of the cycle of destruction and creation?) and because of his title. Bough keeper. With all this speculation about King Irmin, the Irminsul and PO, what’s Dain’s duty, exactly?

From this video and book I am beginning to lean strongly on my theory: 1. The third descender is the traveller's sibling who arrived some millenia ago as the gnoses are very similar to the traveller, and not all descender should be the same and originate from the same place beyond the stars. 2. The difference of the descenders from the other outlanders like the hex witches and narwhal, is that the descenders came to teyvat through the firmament in the sky while the other came through the abyss. 3. King Irmin who gain knowledge from outside decided to make a copy of the third descender (could be a puppet like scaramouche with the sibling's memory) as the prince/princess of khaenriah, a weapon to challenge celestia, to gain control over the loom of faith. This explains Nahida's intel from Irminsul regarding the sibling belonging to teyvat despite the traveller's knowledge that they are from beyond the stars.

I liked how you linked the Irmins together; I thought that the logical conclusion you were missing is that King Irmin's sin was creating/powering Visions. Quite possibly one of his own design. This would solve most of your doubts and link back to the Gnosises = 3rd Descender corpse reveal. 1) If Irmin = First Divine Halberd = Descender, then when Irmin died, replicas of elemental power control, Visions proliferated around the world. Hence why constellations are linked to characters and their powers. This fits nicely with the allegory of 'piercing the sky' etc. (2) It would explain why Venti calls Visions primitive when you meet him; Gnosises are the ursuper's version of Visions created from the corpse of the third descender, Visions would predate Gnosises. This would mean that Irmin can only be the third descender (?). (3) That also explains why the seven nations were attacking Khaenri'ah; Visions were disrupting the balance/peace of the world. (also ties into the third act) Visions disrupt the world's order and causes it to change, the Traveller is a living Vision because she is a descender. Celestia's goal is an eternal unchanging world. Very cliche anime, I know. (4) If Gnosises are created from the corpse of a dead descender/god, Visions might be similarly powered. Maybe the Tsaritsa is long dead and powering the delusions the same way (laugh), or that what Irmin high on abyss crack and was actually making was what we now call Delusions.

the bit about mir's companion being a piece of the halberd IMMEDIATELY set off paimon-sounding alarm bells in my head. i'm not claiming she's a gnosis, (although some may and honestly i support y'all), but it's no secret that paimon has only a fraction of the power she used to and that we may have to fight her someday, as well as many stories that are "fictional" within the genshin universe are very allegorical to in-universe events (side note, the recent event about thelxie had some CRAZY implications about paimon's power, as well as serving as an allegory... hmm). so regardless of if the gnosis and halberd pieces are a direct 1:1, it's worth noting that it very much ties into paimon this also makes the comparison between the abyss prince(ss) even more interesting. if both paimon and the abyss twin are allegorically represented by this one character... well actually, i don't even know the implications of it, but it's certainly interesting!

Alphonse Elric was the first person i thought of when i saw Capitano back then on the 4th of August 2022. Maybe it wasnt that much of a stretch after all ?

WAIT HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT MY SMOKE DETECTOR

Maybe the third descender is our sibling? When we got trapped at the start of the game by the sustainer she could have did that to them (separate their divinity from their physical form and put it into the 7 gnosis). Which would explain why there is a record of them in the tree because they no longer had their divinity and became a product of this world at that point. They travelled through this world and joined the Abyss to regain what they lost but was tricked into thinking what they were missing is their home (Khaenri'ah). Anyway good video!

I don't really personally subscribe to the abyss sibling = 3rd descender idea simply because there's math that's not mathing in my head, BUT that's just my brain personally. but you bring up some good points. I also think back to WWBR when traveler thinks "so they woke up before me... but how much time has passed?" So I wonder if Hoyo wants to pull off a massive misdirection about when the twins actually arrived. A lot of details about wills and timelines and etc to reconcile, but I'll admit it still itches at my brain (especially since in making this thumbnail I saw the sibling's reflection is broken into 7 pieces)

@roozeveltfox The problem is, that it doesn't quite add up. But I am somewhat convinced as well. It's hard to explain, but I think the best way to describe it, is that it "just feels right" to link the identity of the 3rd descender to our abyss sibling, because what Nahida told us at the end of 3.2 made also no sense. Why should the abyss sibling be native to Teyvat, if they both came from beyond? So I think the only thing we can say for sure, is that something just doesn't add up, no matter how we look at it. And this whole "remains of the 3rd descender" that came up, just fills the gaps, even if it isn't a perfect fit. That's at least how I see it. 😅

Jap, I agree with you. I also thought about, how it might be connected to the downfall of Khaenri'ah and Rhinedottir. When Albedo was released, many said he looked similar to the Traveler. So I thought about, what Rhinedottirs "project primordial human" was really about, if Albedo is considered "a success". Maybe she extracted our siblings "Will" from the Abyss, like she did with Elynas, to revive the 3rd descender, aka our sibling? It conflicts with the idea, that Tsaritsa wants to revive the 3rd descender, but I still can't shake off the feeling that there is a connection. Can't wait for the next time we meet Dainsleif. He owes us some answers after Caribert and Fontaines Archon Quest. :D

That's the theory I like spreading. But I've heard from someone (who likes this channel) that the sibling may have been removed from irminsul by King Irmin. Some others says that the 3rd was the the dragon king who holds all 7 elements. But the "Light" element contain every other elements, and the MC is a proof of that, which mean both are Light and if "disassembled" like a rainbow, it makes every other elements, so the sibling "Divinity" folcalor'd makes sense too. But my favorite theory is: The 3rd is Lupin.

Maybe the nine realms refer to the elements. 7 known elements/nations plus two unknown ones (light and void, quantum and imaginary)

If we add the number of views + plus the number of likes + the number of comments, maybe that will retrieve the number of roozevelt's braincells dissolved in the Primordial Sea (of lore). Thank you for sacrificing your sanity for us!

I have never known peace ever since Sleepwalking-Layla said all of that about her theory that the Leylines reflect the stars. WHAT DID SHE MEANNNNN!??!?! Regarding the 9 ominous swords for 9 realms and 7 gnoses for 7 elemnts: What if there are 2 more? Quantum and Imaginary gnoses somewhere out there? It's very clear by now that they exist to some extent in Teyvat as seen by Skirk's powers and the Traveler's golden light (and the light and dark magics of Nottfriga and Magdalene?) and this was Mr Nine's way of Irminsul-proofing that information?
@TheAngryTrapezoid11 ай бұрын
Well we already know the stars reflect the future of people's fates, and the leylines contain all the memories of everyone that has ever lived (ie. their past), so it makes sense that they would reflect one another in a way
