I loved this review because I totally agree with everything you said. I went to Vegas night one with my daughter. Our first T Swift concert ever. I so wish I’d had this review before the concert!! If I had to do it again I would have shown up to buy Merch an hour before the show and totally skipped the opening acts. But I still would have screamed and danced the whole time. We were in the lower bowl and loved our seats. By the end of the concert we were DEAD. My feet were killing my and I thought I was going to die in the throng of people pushing out of the concert to get to the bridge going over to the casinos to get an Uber back to our hotel. OMG. IT WAS A MADHOUSE. We didn’t get back to our hotel till 1am. We were EXHAUSTED. And by the way I am 71 years old!!!! But I can say it was the best concert I have ever seen and I saw The Beatles in Pittsburg in 1964!!! Such an amazing night and I have no clue how she does it!!

I loved how long Folklore was. How long the whole concert was. I was in the bowl and was jumping dancing the whole way through. I didn't want it to end. I guess it goes down to how comfortable you are and what you're wearing. I imagine the floor is crazy.

I went to Pittsburgh night two (so last night)! This was my first Taylor swift concert I was able to go to so it was everything to me! I’ve been with her since her first single so it was crazy to finally see some of those songs live! Absolutely amazing and sooo happy with our surprise songs! I was really shocked Aaron was in Pittsburgh lol I screamed, jumped, danced, and sang for the entire 3 hrs. I will never understand how Taylor does it

Ughhh! I was Night 1 and I LOVE Seven and really thought she was going to do The Story of Us on night 1. I'm definitely not complaining. We got Mr Perfectly Fine and The Last Time. And I'd still be happy if we got literally zero surprise songs. Still felt a pang of jealousy, though.

Just saw her on Night 2 in Pittsburgh and it was amazing! This very pregnant, millennial Swiftie played it smart. My sister & I got to our seats 15 minutes before the show started & I wore comfortable shoes. Only sat down for a few moments, but I managed well. My soul left my body on The Story of Us & seeing Aaron was an absolute treat! Did not expect that at all.

my friends and i were n1 chicago. we were up at the top almost behind the stage, literally last row. but listen it was awesome because we saw taylor's cleaning cart being rolled in. i saw owenn hyping himself backstage. we saw the dancers get into place with the parachutes for cruel summer. like we saw a ton of backstage stuff that was kind of neat to witness.

After I saw the first livestream, I knew I couldn’t do it. 😰 I am old, have health issues and foot issues. After seeing it all, I didn’t feel so badly I failed to get tickets. I had to give up my Rep tickets, Loverfest got cancelled, and my work schedule kept me from going to earlier concerts. I thought it was finally my chance. But I would have probably left halfway thru because I wouldn’t have been miserable and it would have ruined it for me. So while I would have liked the experience, I am happy to livestream. Happy for everyone else though. 🥰. As for The Lakes, she has to do that again in Minneapolis. Being a Chicago person, I figured she would wait because Minnesota is “The Land of 10,000 Lakes”. But then that means Minn maybe gets Justin Vernon/Bon Iver - so lucky.

I’m not a floor seat person bc I’m short for 1 and 2 you can’t see everything. I will say I got seats up in the 600’s which I was bummed but happy we even got tickets but still feeling like we got loser seats. This was my 3rd Taylor concert where the others 2 we were seated much lower. The altitude sickness seats were hands down the best view we could have ever asked for. Between all the big screens and all the cool shit that the ground of the stage did and feeling like you are surrounded in light from the sea of wrist bands it was so fun up there! Big bonus is we didn’t go broke going. But your feet hurting was no joke even in comfy shoes it took over 45 min to exit the stadium. Still hands down best night of my life❤

I went to Philly night 3. I was all around non swifties too who only knew like shake it off and love story.. they didn't know any lover, none of folklore/evermore. Honestly I think they only knew like main singles and nothing else and I was just so irritated because I kept thinking there are og swifties who weren't able to get tickets. The squeezing into seats and rows that you’re not meant to be in is so infuriating so I can 100% relate. I had lower bowl seats and I was right by the steps and the amount of people that snuck their way into my section and literally stood at the seat that I paid for was insane. I had no room to move and they were blocking the view. The vast majority also were only there to get photos, didn’t know a single word to any songs just sat and posted on their snap and insta stories all night. Eventually I told one of the security people that they weren’t supposed to be in my section because it began to get super crowded and dangerous and they were blocking the steps and thankfully they managed to get them to move (after having to argue with them) but it completely ruined the experience.

I went to Friday night this past weekend in Pittsburg. She was just seriously having the best time up there - she looked so joyous and so confident. It was such a treat to watch. Thankfully, I had watched your vlog before I went, so I made a last-minute decision to wear sneakers and just sat down a couple times during Evermore/Folklore to give my feet a break. So thank you for your vlog - it made me less grumpy than I would have been. ALSO - I cannot stress how much fun we had in the city Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Pittsburg came alive for Taylor - bookstores, bars, restaurants, markets - everywhere we went, they were playing Taylor songs and it was full of Taylor fans. It was a whole vibe. She's coming to Cincy in a couple weeks, and I'm 100% going to hang out downtown even if I can't get tickets for that.

Shoes are so important! I work in healthcare and got some Dansko nurses shoes (meant for people on their feet all day) in a Mary Jane style. So glad I did! Not the MOST stylish, but no foot pain after standing for ALL OF IT except a couple breaks and most of one song. (I’m also 46, so comfort is a priority for me.) Also didn’t have a long walk to my hotel’s shuttle bus pick up after the show, the corner right outside the stadium’s exit. Highly recommend using the hotel shuttle, if yours has one.

i already listened to this episode and enjoyed it (i’m assuming it’s the one on the podcast), so i thought i’d share my thoughts. i went to pittsburgh night two, and it was such an amazing experience. the highlights were definitely cruel summer, all of rep, and the surprise songs. i am so happy that i got to see seven and the story of us live. those are some of my favorite songs on their albums. anyways, i enjoyed the show so much. i was also really surprised by mastermind. the choreo and the vocals were insane. pretty much my only criticism, is i honestly didn’t feel like karma gave what i thought it was going to. it was fun, but i expected more. i feel like part of the problem is that karma is just fun, and not lyrical perfection and fun like a song like cruel summer. overall, it was the best night of my life, and i have never screamed so loudly. on a different note, i thought owenn was really good and girl in red was okay. girl in red just had too many songs. i don’t think there’s any reason for an opener to have 8 (?) songs.

I went to Atlanta night 1 and I was in section H (the like front of the stage, where she performs surprise songs) and I was in row 21! I genuinely think that H is the best floor section, I could see everything, never had her back to me, near her for surprise songs, she walked up a lot, we also got the DBM high note (not the usual bc the lift broke but it was amazing), and when she was like in the back during like folklore you could see all the screens so it was good! it was so good I loved my seats and everything fs! So if you are like still looking for seats I would def rec H (also wanna mention I’m 5’5 and was wearing air forces so I was like 5’6)

Plus I think the eras tour is designed to be big so it doesnt work for smaller venues/states.

I felt the same way during Folklore for my first show. I was at the diamond too and stupidly in heeled boots as well and idk what came over me but I was so hot and my feet hurt so bad and I thought I was gonna puke lol so I sat through most of it. but 1989 revived me. My second show I was lower bowl and just wore sneakers and merch and was able to stand throughout the whole thing without a care. I truly think the outfit makes all the difference.

I find it confusing how she calls it an Eras tour and didn’t cover each era equally. Debut had zero songs and Speak Now has one. I’m not super bummed about not going because I would be disappointed about that. It’s surprising that she didn’t include medleys. Her medleys from past concerts were wonderful. Also, the photos chosen for her era shirt are so odd. She chose the Fearless TV cover and then an old Red photo. It’s puzzling to me.

Oh my god getting back from a show is the WORST. Santa Clara night 1 I ended up walking 2 miles back to my hotel after standing through the whole concert and my feet were DEAD. I went to n2 as well and I had to walk 2 miles to the uber lot and wait for over an hour trying over and over to get an uber but no one was picking up lmao. So I got one at like 2am and finally got back to the hotel
