I have inflammatory and digestive issues so I'm going on to full carnivore diet. I'm partially on carnivore because I'm still eating rice due to my current finances. Using spices even though they are plant derivatives really helps me with my health issues. Ginger, Cumin, Cinnamon get used a lot in my food as they are natural anti-inflammatories. Using herbs spices is extremely minimal in your recipes. People don't need to have an aneurysm over terminology 😆

For ALL the Curtis’s out there (not that I care what you think…) from the National Geographic website “A carnivore is an organism that mostly eats meat, or the flesh of animals.” I love the fact that someone who doesn’t even follow this WOE is being the Carnivore Nazi - very laughable lol 😂 You do you, and I’ll do what I like!! Thanks for the videos, keep up the great content Angie from Down Under 😊

Hey there 👋, good to see you... hubby and I were just talking yesterday about not seeing you in a while and here you are 👏 That looks like a really interesting meatloaf and your beautiful wife is right, the meatballs are cute and we love cute 😅 . Glad to see you and thanks for sharing your new recipe...we do especially like meatballs and definitely with the pork panko.... also chicken bites and even liver bites done that way in the air fryer. 👍💯🥩🔥

Hey thanks Irene. Life, and especially work, has been a whirlwind this new year and so it's been challenging to do much recording. I always appreciate you watching. I'll try those chicken livers!

One thing you might try to get more of the cream cheese inside is form the cream cheese into a little log and freeze it. Then put half of your raw meatloaf mix into the pan, place the frozen cream cheese log in the middle and put the rest of your meat in. Then cook as you normally would. The frozen cream cheese should melt and get hot without running out as the meat cooks.
