I'm not always a fan of the nail head trim, but it really elevated the lampshade. Everything at my Goodwill went up in price the first of May. I think it's going to drive customers away. For a company who gets their merchandise at no cost, I don't know how they justify the increase.

Your talent always shines when you show these compilation videos! I just wanted to say that I totally respect how little hot glue you used to add the trim to that lamp shade. Some people just use WAY too much when it just isn't necessary, especially if you want to change out the trim eventually. It'll be super easy to heat up and remove it the way that you applied it 😊

So 1) I thought you were going to use that same green in the brown trim of the picture frame...along with refreshing the gold...it would have totally brought the 3 pieces together 2) does your sling not allow you to carry her on your back? I used several different ones when my kids were little & I thought you could carry them that way...hands free & room to do dishes or wte...3) I've been eyeing those crafting stations for like 5 yrs now but they are sooooo expensive...what a blessing you have been gifted one in exchange for promotion...I too have ADHD & I totally get it...lol 4) as I watch you I'm reminded of how much energy I must have had back in the day...I had 4 kids, widowed, was in university AND did renos....geez...mind blowing to me now...just doing the dishes wears me out. And...you almost always pick the colours I would have lmfao...love love love that green. Oh & I can never get over her hair....sooo much of it...so cute...❤❤❤

Howard's Restor-a-Finish and 0000 steel wool would work wonders on the finish of the chair as well as the plant stand legs. Nice collection and I especially love the green paint color you chose. Well done!

I was the same when mine were tiny in the sling I could get so much done with them right on me. Amazing job as always 👍. And yes lampshades are pricey. I was fortunate to find two at a thrift store in good condition that I painted a different color for 3.50 each.

The vac/mop.... is this just for in between moppings or for real cleaning? I have the irobot vacuum i use, but I have all lament floors, a dog, chat/dirt yard 😑.... and when monsoon starts my floors are horrible 😫... with my back I just can't mop my whole house anymore and my floors are horrible 🥴🥴🥴

They make furniture lifts that may be something you want to look into. They're probably expensive though. Either way as long as you are getting to be creative and finding joy, that's what matters!

I thrifted a picture because I loved the frame. Hubby said he liked the picture, I hadn’t even noticed it. An aircraft carrier hand drawn, Theodore Roosevelt. Huh, sounds familiar, the ship my brother served on. Brother now has the frame w/drawing after I took apart and cleaned up.

Awesome, I loved that green. The green and wood together just looked fantastic. Also I’ve seen that picture several times at the resale shops and as I like those colors I couldn’t understand why I didn’t like the picture. I now realize it was the frame. That gold made it seem like a completely different picture.
