To add on to your detailed breakdown, I also consider the amount of time fighting during KVK. Shorter fights means I have to sacrifice efficiency to increase output to reach the same dkp goals. Thanks for the video!

Yes! If you only have 4 hours of fighting…. More marches will give you way more output because time is the limiting factor

For me, I don't have the luxury to worry about efficiency. I'm very busy irl so my time during fights is limited. Most pass openings are during weekdays when I work, so I only worry about output. I follow this similar concept to where I get my gear to a decent enough spot and move on to the next. It has worked well so far although it's not the best way but with me being so busy my kp gain per kvk has been pretty good.

Good stuff, going into kvk 2 I have minimum threshold Cav Inv equipment. Will run mostly 1 inf march kvk 2. From kvk3 and on will run 2 marches till I get T5. Then will expand since I can use universals for healing. Will spend some universals for healing before if Kingdom needs. Mid low spender.

We’re in a different generation. A lot of gym rats play video games because its so normalized for ppl born after 1980 who literally grew up with the rise of video games. By the time 80s babies become adults smartphones were on the rise

of course....but you don't set up your open fielding to optimize altar....you do it for open fielding in general

@@68Busdriver Personally in my kvks most of my open field fighting is there. For pass openings and kingsland I focus on reinforcing rally/garrison. Do you think it's a bad f2p strat while waiting for additional marches to be ready?

@@logosmonger not so much that it's bad. If you want to maximize output for your kd and for yourself....running 1 march when you could've ran 2 is taking away output. There's also just personal enjoyment....if you enjoy one march more go for it....but just understand what the pro/con is

Off topic question: should you focus more on refining or iconic tiers as a low spender?

I think neither. Just get the iconic crystal in your lengendary and build out your equipment. If everything is lengendary... and you have the accessories...then you forcus on awaken 2 and then trying to crit....but that's pretty far down the road for most ppl

For the 2/2/2, if you have MW and go lead pants+gloves - what boots do you pick? just stick with the epic ones? third leadership piece?

With the iconic and now the awaken system, epics can’t compete anymore at the awaken 2 level. I think it’s archer set boots. I made a video about this a while back….i think before the awaken system came out actually. Title was something about leadership gloves or boots for archers

@@matropgy no…. Dragon breath boots and legs. I didn’t test this part but the db boots plus the 2 pc set bonus is so much more stats than the third piece leadership boots that if I had to guess…. I’d be fairly confident that 2-2 is better than 3-1

One thing you didn’t fully explain( or maybe i just really missed the mark) is that upgrading different stats differs a lot. As a free to play it is hard to upgrade anything but the easiest is commanders levels and skills. The amount of effort and resources it takes to upgrade my equipment is disproportionate to the amount of stats or value I get. One thing I also think you do not get is that free to play players have 0 control over their armaments we can just get them from free events and from the state forum. There is no speeding up the process of gaining better armaments without spending.

The DB Helm, Gloves & Legs are too expensive short game. Ppl undervalue how good Revival Helm & Legs are talented and then the Green Leather Gloves The stat differences aren’t enough to go for those immediately
