My boss also dispatches for us, he only has 3 trucks on the road and it’s tough especially being out of Florida. Brokers don’t know how much a repair on a truck can be when your in the middle of nowhere. I have a feeling I’m gonna volunteer myself to work for free just so he can get back on his feet to be honest

If you have someone who you can dispatch, sure. If you don't have any prospects at all, I would wait until the market improves.

You have to ask one of the owner operators you are dispatching, to create a seat in their DAT account.

dat load board not is very userfull. you need to call to every load. a lot of lack information on the loads. If you live in midwest maybe it is a little bit userfull. The price payd for this load board not is justified for almost the 80% of the usa territory.

16:14 talking about lies. I had lost my temper once over a TQL broker who lied to me big time. I called them "a bunch of snakes". I got fired a month later, Idk maybe because of that
